Residencial Casa Linda is a gated resort development located on the northcoast of the Dominican Republic, offering fully furnished villas just 10 minutes from the Puerto Plata International Airport. Our villas are beautifully furnished and decorated in a tropical Caribbean setting and feature 2 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with Cable TV and a comfortable terrace. Our services include daily maid service as well as daily pool and garden service, several additional fee-based services like dishwashing, cooking service, rental car and taxi service among others are available. The surroundings offer a wide variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling and diving, deep sea fishing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, horseback riding, mountain safaris and of course, outstanding beaches. Front desk hours are 8am - 5pm. The northcoast of the Dominican Republic, also known as Amber coast, features the towns of Puerto Plata, tourist centered Sosua and the kite and windsurf capital of the world Cabarete, offering a wide variety of leisure and activity opportunities. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The closest airport to this property is Puerto Plata La Union International Airport (Airport Code POP). Choosing a flight into any other airport may result in additional transportation costs, either by ground or by air, for which you will be responsible. Also be advised that your purchase, unless indicated otherwise, does NOT include transportation from any airport to the hotel. To include transportation between POP and the hotel, add the Ground Transportation option, if available, to your package during the booking process.

Check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out is at 12pm. Please check-in at our main office within our residential community. Please note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away after 3pm. There may be times when access is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. For after hours check-in, access will be provided via the security personnel.
