The apartment was roomy but it did not look clean. The hallway was dark and we had a hard time finding a light to help us find our room door. The place generally needed TLC.

the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. worse even than any backpacker facility. this hotel should not be allowed to rent out rooms that are in such an appalling state.

great staff and location. the staff make you feel unrestricted and free to enjoy nice at any time of day. bathroom spacious but could be cleaner at times. still, a great experience

Location near the highway and need a car to reach the center of town. Room was small but functional and clean. Pool looked ok but did not use. Breakfast was over-priced for what we got.

Good hotel location, available hotel parking (10 Euro/day), good pricing (50 Euro/day for big room with separate kitchenet), but room furniture is old and a bit crapy, and bed linen was full of sand, so I am not sure if I would come back there again...

Nice having an apartment hotel. The location is within walking distance to all of Nice. The studio rooms are large but looking slightly careworn now. Overall OK value

we went to the hotel Nice Fleurs over a prolonged weekend in May 2008). We wnet with our two kids ç and seven) and had a one-bedroom appartment. The hotel is very well located not too far from the beach and the old center. Staff at the entrance was friendly and helpful. The appartment itself was quite large and somewhat empty. The kitchenette was clean and sufficiently equipped. The cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit at the limit (some black molds) and the showerd head fixation was broken. The two beds in the bedroom were good. The sofa bed was less comfortable especially the part you take out and unfold (banana-shaped). All in all I would still recommend the hotel for its competitive price and its location
