Amazing Views - worth the expensive taxi fares from the town centreWe enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Terrazze and the staff were very friendly. The views are absolutely amazing and took our breathe away each day we looked out from our balcony. The only negative was the cost of taxis from the centre of Sorrento, but there is an excellent bus service and taxis should only be required if you are in town after 11pm. A taxi should cost no more than 35 euros and if you feel you are getting over charged the hotel manager was able to resolve the issue. The cost of the taxi's is compensated by the value for money the hotel offers. You can walk into town but you'll need to be reasonably fit, to walk back you'll have to be very fit. We would definitely stay there again, just for those views.
