Welcome to Riviera! Lets immagine a child at school while he is drawing his dreams and his happiness. the yellow sun is shining high in the sky as azure as the sea beneath calm smooth reassuring. The hills seem to be drawn by an emerald-green pastel and many other hues are present. The blue of the sea offshore which becomes turquoise and then light blue along the coast. the delicate violet of the scented wisteria the yellow of the furze the ochre of the houses coloured by the setting sun. It is a pleasure to be child again for a while and let ourselves be coddled by delicious recipes reminding us of our childhood which are still prepared in romantic restaurants along the beach or in the hinterland.
