to describe it all in one word, FANTASTIC!!!

Beside UofMa Medical Center & 3 blocks up from Quinsigamond Lake, just off Rte 290 & RTE 9 - perfect Worcester location. Bringing food for weekend regatta and needed a full size refrigerator & stove cooktop which the studio suite had (also, had pullout couch we could have used if needed). Set-up would be excellent for family staying in the area for a few days for a family function or for a long term hospital stay of a family member. Price could have been lower given the general pricing in the area but did only stay one night. Possibly better pricing available for longer stay?

Best value in Massachusetts. The elevator did not work. The hotel was a great value. The room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast the following morning was a great bonus. Only problem we had was navigating around a broken elevator with a baby and stroller.

Spacious and quiet. Beautiful suites with modern kitchen appliances. Included breakfast in common area was better than that at many other hotel chains.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, management was helpful and courteous. Staff was very friendly. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and hallways were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very clean, kitchen facilities. Did not offer handicap accessible room even though they were told we have a wheelchair person. Clean, staff available at all hours, handicap accessible although the handicap accessible room was not offered to us even though it was vacant!

Clean, convenient. Reasonable price. Confused parking in rear. This is a clean, well run suites hotel that can be comfortable for longer stays as well. Convenient especially for UMASS - Memorial Medical facilities.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, ever! Nothing. I stayed here because I had to take an exam the next day in Worcester. My experience was so good that I plan on coming here with my family in the near future!

Complimentary breakfast and dinner buffet actually had food that was healthy, Fresh fruit, yogurt, salads and whole grain products. Fairly new hotel or recently renovated. Room extremely clean and stocked with complementary hot beverage. Paint on the outside of the window.I was able to have family over and the children had something to do: play basketball, swim, exercise room etc.

I liked the kitchenette. The location is safe, but not in the most convenient spot.

Spacious rooms. Temperature control. Rooms were very spacious - enough room for entire family to stay.
Date of Stay:

The hotel not only provided breakfast but dinner as well. Each room is equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove top, microwave and dishwasher, each in stainless steel. The appliances were installed in oak woodworking. Not only was the room equipped with a full assortment of cook wear but dishes and flat wear as well. The room had a desk, a separate kitchen table and a living room table.
