The suite was very nice, friendly staff, clean and a very nice environment. The air conditioner did not work. They asked us to try something, it did not work. A long hot night. We informed the air was not working and they instructed us to " try something" While the staff were friendly. We did not appreciate the way the air conditioning issue was handled. My husband and son, and I were uncomfortable all night. We would go back. I like this Resident's Inn. I think they need to address problems like this in a better way. We really liked the price we paid, just hot all night!

The room was clean and check in easy. No bath towels in room. No ice in freezer. A call to the desk had to be made at least 5 times before anyone would answer. I let it ring up to 40 times per call. No ice was available because of icemaker in room. Ours was turned off. Not good after driving 9 hours. Towels arrived promptly but should have been there.

Loved the kitchen and separate bedrooms!

The kitchenette was a nice feature, particularly since we have two small children, one still on a bottle. However, we also had trouble getting the front desk to provide towels, we never received maid service for our entire three day stay, the ""continental breakfast"" was not provided, and we were overcharged for the room. The front desk was understaffed and would not provide any help. We had to call Marriott corporate to finally have our room rate corrected.

We felt very lucky to stay in this very large suite. It was very clean and they fed breakfast and lite dinner at no charge. Great beds and location. Had to check out. Large rooms, lots of parking, close to everything.

Giant room with separate bedroom and sitting area; full kitchen. The sink/mirror area had no privacy. Very pleasant one-bedroom suite with full kitchen and two comfortable queen sized beds, separated by a real door from the sitting area. Full hot breakfast was very satisfactory. Outdoor pool only, but guests are allowed to use pleasant indoor pool and hot tub at Springhill Suites (right across parking lot). Superb restaurant across the street. Easy access to Colonial Williamsburg.

Was nice, would stay there again. I did not like the spa (hot tub) not being open for use (bad back so like hot tubs to get the kinks out). The only thing negative was not getting to use a hot tub!

It was clean and very spacious with full kitchen. It was also very quiet. It was never disclosed to me when I booked it that there was a $75 fee for bringing my dog. I would not have booked it if I'd known that. I was very disappointed and felt very mislead when I checked in and the counter person told me there was a $75 fee for having a dog. There I was stuck paying that fee. I will never stay there again. What a waste of time that will be. I could've stayed in Manhattan cheaper than Williamsburg with all of their fees! Thanks!

Everyone was very friendly, and room service was very fast in bringing more towels when I asked. Nothing, everything was great. My family and I will most definitely stay here again, the room was great. The people were very nice, and made sure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast is free everyday, and it is a full buffet, suppose to be till 10am on weekdays, and they served past that to make sure everyone had breakfast. Great experience staying with them.

Breakfast was cold everyday and ran out of stock everyday. A fire alarm evacuated the entire hotel at 1am and nobody was allowed back inside for an hour. We weren't even told what was happening and when we asked a firefighter what the problem was he shrugged his shoulders and said they don't know.

Family and home style comforts. Parking is shared and was a little tight. I would stay here any time I am in the Williamsburg area. It was very comfortable and inviting and provided all the comforts of home. I only wish I had reserved for two days instead of one. The staff at the front desk was always polite and courteous and went out of there way to assist you.

Excellent room at a great price. Close to Busch gardens and colonial Williamsburg. Nothing. We had a great stay. Rooms are fully furnished with two TVs, silverware, cooking gear, full size fridge with ice maker, an oven and two burner ranges. The hotel will even go shopping for your groceries and charge you only for the items! The pool was nice and family friendly. Approximately a 15 minute drive to Busch gardens and 10 minutes to colonial Williamsburg. Outlet malls are just down the street. Numerous resultants within walking distance. Full breakfast with make your own Belgian waffles is included with your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I liked that it was a suite with a separate kitchen. I thought that the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved. The Residence Inn Williamsburg is in a great location. You can easily walk to restaurants without having to fight with parking and traffic on the sometimes busy Richmond Road. The 1 bedroom suite was nicely arranged although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I would definitely stay there again.

The room had a kitchen. Filthy pool, broken hot tub, food sparse for breakfast ("truck did not deliver food"). Dirty lobby and pool area. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I liked the large rooms and the kitchen The hot tub was not in operation. Nice large rooms with Kitchen, excellent courtesy breakfast provided at no cost. Large pool and basketball court. Great location.

The room was great. A great room to end our vacation. The hotel staff very friendly. It had a clean lobby. The room was large and the beds were comfortable.
