We've done a lot of traveling lately and this motel was by far one of the best. The convenience of the location along with the wonderful hospitality offered by the staff and the room itself made this a memorable stay for us. We will definitely keep these in mind when booking our next trip here or any other city that has this Residence Inn. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever seen in any motel/hotel chain.

The room was really spacious, everything was really clean, the kitchen and refrigerator were in perfect conditions. Everything was clean and good breakfast. I do not have any complains, the service was excellent. The pool was under repair but my daughter enjoyed it. The location was perfect to go sight seeing around St Louis and not in a busy street so was quite. The rooms had all great condition, clean and ready to use. The rooms were spacious if you have to travel with family and good storage closet.

Nice room, nice staff, nice facilities. Ran out of breakfast with a long line. Got lost twice finding the hotel.

The breakfast selection was excellent. Also appreciated free WiFi. The sofa bed could not possibly have been more uncomfortable. Well decorated. Quiet. Bathroom too small.

The Residence In was a perfect spot to relax on a nice autumn day. It was in a pleasant quiet neighborhood. The spacious kitchen and sitting room were very nice. The staff recommended a very nice restaurant nearby. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide and tasty variety of selections.

Absolutely love the full Kitchen. Nothing. It was perfect. This hotel is located out of the hustle on west side of Saint Louis in Westport. It is right off I270 so there is no need to deal with the congestion of I64/40. The full kitchen combined with the near Tempurpedic quality made made this hotel one of my favorites in STL. The room also had an HD 30" LCD flat-panel television. I brought my own HDMI DVD player and that was perfect.

The Residence Inn Marriott, Westport, St. Louis was very customer service oriented and friendly when I checked in that evening. Our company VP of Sales was traveling with me that day and also staying at this location. He had a special room rate and I was concerned that I was not able to get that room rate as well for our company, since I was traveling on company business. The front desk staff was more than accommodating and without question applied the special room rate for me as well. I was very surprised and satisfied with my treatment and would highly recommend this hotel again for more than just the fact that it is conveniently located to the St. Louis Airport.

Full kitchen, fireplace, luxury bedding. Dumpster was parked right outside my room. Pool/hot tub was closed during "open" hours. Would recommend to others.

Close to good restaurants. The staff and the overall experience. The front desk manager was very rude. We had a message for us in our room, and the front desk manager could not tell us how to access voicemail. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

The spaciousness of the hotel and the overall set-up. The staff was also very helpful. The location seemed a bit of off the beaten path, perhaps it was just off of our beaten path. The room was clean and very large, more than we expected. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only problem we had was the location.

Location. Very outdated. Rooms are very outdated for the price and compared to most residence inns.

The services were very good. I enjoyed the evening barbecue. The hotel is located near an interstate, so I could hear traffic noise. The Residence Inn is a very good place to stay for extended stays. The staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and in the evening, they offered a full meal.

I loved the fireplace and the refrigerator in the room. I would have liked to be closer to the food area. It was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful with directions, had them on cards, and anything else we asked about. The room was great, loved the fireplace and large bathroom. Definitely would stay there again.

Large rooms with kitchen. Bizarre location in the middle of a business park. Good location if you want to stay near a highway or you are on business. Lots of restaurants nearby. Not such a great place if you are looking for atmosphere and are wanting a cozy place to snuggle up with your lover.

Great breakfast buffet and large rooms. Poor mattresses - they were like foam pads, not real mattresses.

Hot breakfast, pool, friendly staff Runny oatmeal, Rooms kind of dark, not enough windows. Hotel met and in some cases exceeded our expections. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay..... There needs to be a smoking vs. non-smoking option. We did not end up with a smoking room but could have. If we would have received a smoking room it would have ruined the trip.

The breakfast amenity was a pleasant surprise. Our room was missing toliet tissue & calls to the desk kept giving a busy signal.

Size of the room and the homelike" feel" There was a party in the room above us. This seemed so ironic and annoying since I was required to sign a no-party" waiver/clause." Overall, a nice stay for the fee we paid. The rooms were very nice sized, and had a semi-home feel. I would suggest it to both people with families, weekend warriors, and businesspeople who want a home away from home.

It was clean and the staff was very kind. We just needed a nice place to stay after the Cardinal game away from the commotion of the downtown area. This was the perfect location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was fabulous for an included meal.
