Very nice,except the room was not ready when I was assigned it.Towels had not been placed in the room yet,which caused the hotel staff to open the door after I was undressed...fortunately I had latched the door from the inside. They did not know the room had been asssigned yet.An easy mistake .

INDOOR POOL and the breakfast It is just a little bit off the beaten path We have stayed in this hotel before and the rooms are very clean and the children enjoy the indoor pool. I would recommend this to others but if you are not familiar with the area directions from hotel staff are required to find restaurants.

I stayed at the Residence Inn for a family reunion and I have to say the front desk and kitchen staff were so sweet. They were ready to help out with every request we had. The suites were very clean and comfortable. My kids loved the large pool and being able to play basketball outside. We will be back and I will stay at Residence Inns from now on.

We just stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. The rooms are a nice size with nice accomodations. The customer service in the hotel was non existant. Ask for towels or shampoo and get it four hours later after three phone calls. Expect your bed to be made, not here apparently.

Not much. Staff was not very friendly. It wasnot setup as I expected. The special night was ruined.

The Residence Inn was in a relatively new area and the street was not yet lit. The car navigation identified the address as an ice arena but is actually a few hundred yards from it. The hotel was clean and inviting, the pool area is very clean. The suite had a small kitchen, fridge and stove complete with cutlery and plates. Staff were very warm and accomodating and breakfast was always complete and on time. No major attractions nearby but a great place to stay away from home.

It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. No bad comments at all. The staff helped in any way to cover our any need or questions was pleased during the whole stay.
