Customer service was horrible. Did not advise me of $100 non-refundable pet deposit! I was not aware and made it know at check-in that i had a small dog, 5lbs. Really could care less that i was unaware of the fee. That was a deal breaker on a reasonably priced room. I understand the need to clean a room after a pet, sometimes, but i have stayed in other hotels that did not charge. My dog is not messy and doesn't "go" in the room. I could see it being refunded if there wasn't a problem but they didn't even offer. Would never stay here again, with or without pet. Room was ok. A little outdated with the exception of the flat screen tv that had poor quality signal. Bathroom was dim and the exterior of the room needed some work. Looked a little run down. Only good thing was it was near a nice area of town, Botanical Gardens. It was also near a few restaurants if you were staying a few days.

This was just a quick trip to the symphony and to visit the zoo and family. This is a great location near the zoo. Only a block away. I could have walked but it's kind of a long way around and thru the parking lot. The first night we stayed and went to they symphony. Close to highway that takes us straight downtown ft worth. We had lots of dining options and able to find everything nearby. We had a loft studio type room with a double bed, murphy and pull out couch. Also had full kitchen. We had plenty of roomo to stretch out expecially when my nephew decided to stay with us at the last minute. Very roomy and 2 bathrooms came in handy when dressing to go out.

The room was clean and the full kitchen would be convenient on a longer trip. Near many tourist sites and on the biking/walking paths of Trinity River. Friendly staff.

Close to TCU and morning buffet with hot food. NA. If you are doing a TCU morning tour, this is the hotel for you. They provide a hot buffet breakfast and you are less than 10 minutes from the admissions office where the tours start. The apartment setup is also good when travelling with teenaged kids.

Had a kitchen. This hotel was NOT in the downtown area and should not be classified as downtown. The Residence Inn was OK. It was an older hotel and not the cleanest I've ever been in. The shower head needed to be replaced as it was so full of lime and calcium deposits it barely worked. I chose downtown Fort Worth for the location, and this was NOT a downtown hotel.

Great breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff except for one. Lobby and common area not very clean. Terrible housekeeping efficiency, they didn't even have a room for me by check-in time. Most of the staff was very nice, very helpful. But unfortunately the first person I dealt with (even though the problem did not come from her) was not the best problem-solver or communicator, so it gave me a terrible impression when I had to wait for hours for my room! The rest of my stay was much better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. The a/c was pretty loud and next to the bed area. The icemaker was not working in the refrigeration. The bathroom needed some repair. [mold on the tub]. We enjoyed our stay. The location from the Convention center was just great.

The location was perfect for what we had planned for our stay. Parking was very congested in the evenings. Overall, it was a very satisfactory location. The furnishings were a little threadbare, but everything was very clean and functional. The breakfast was ample, but the staff was not eager to fill requests. For example, I was eating at about 9 AM and the only thing available was SKIM milk. Since serving hours were through 10 I didn't feel out of line asking if they had some other type of milk. My request was met with a cold stare and a suggestion to try the SKIM.

It was very roomy. The rotating TV and heated bathroom was a plus too! Very close to traintracks. Broken door. The Residence Inn in Fort Worth was very comfortable and a great place to call home for a few days. While we ran into a few, minor difficulties or problems our overall stay was nice.

they didn't have any non-smoking rooms staff was helpful. when we couldn't get a non-smoking room. they upgraded us to a 2bedroom 2 bath room that was non-smoking. it was okay with us because we were with friends.

The check in clerk provided excellent customer service. Nothing. We enjoyed an excellent stay at this hotel. The accommodations were great and the customer service was top notch. We also enjoyed walking on the river trail which was right outside our room. The Fort Worth Zoo is also very close. I highly recommend the Fort Worth Residence Inn!!!
