The room was nice once you got in, but you had to walk between two pressure treated 4 x 4 posts that placed prop up a sagging second floor A/C room that traversed the walk. I noticed this on at least one other unit we passed. Maybe this will be a temporary solution to getting the problem repaired. Honestly, it was a bit spooky getting to the room after dark, due to the design of the pods, the shrubs and the lighting. This unit adjoined a strip mall parking lot from an elevated position and was very noisy the two nights we stayed. On a positive note, the people were extremely friendly with a genuine caring attitude, the place was clean and the A/C blew cold air and it was only a short walk to the steak house across the street.

I liked the room. It looked good and was comfortable. They had shampooed the carpet tat day and it was still wet.

This is the worst Hotel in Tyler. The Hotel staff were the only thing that was good about this hotel. We checked in and received all the information on the package that we bought (which was way over priced). We got to the room and settled in, the rooms are run down and are showing their age. Bathrooms were not clean, the walls and floor have stains, and I was scared to use the kitchen. We called to order our pizza that was part of the package and the pizza company did not want to honor the coupon that we had been given. At one point there was a 3 way phone argument between the pizza company, hotel manager, and myself on different phones. After about 30 minutes on the phone the pizza company finally took our order and delivered the pizza's. The furniture in the den area is old and very uncomfortable so don't plan on spend time enjoying watching TV also there is not a TV in the master bedroom. My opinion is to check out the other Hotels in the area.

Room was clean and had very nice full size appliances in kitchenette. Bed was too small. Bath sink and tub did not drain. No anti slip mat in bathtub. Very friendly service and quick response to issues. Would stay here again.

Hotel staff did a great job. Close to everything in Tyler. Shower faucet needed to be replaced in room. Hotel was very comfortable. Had a nice kitchenette. In a very convenient location. Hotel staff was very friendly. For the price it was a great.

The bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. Missed an elevator going to the rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It was very easy to find.

It was close to hospital my daughter was having a baby in. It was an efficiency apartment. It was OK it wasn't a 3 star motel.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The hotel was a bit hard to find; better signage would be a plus. It was more like an apartment than a hotel. It was quiet and clean.

I like the kitchenettes and guest hour. Outdated hotel. Hotel rooms were outdated and mold and mildew. The hotel employees were friendly and the guest hour and breakfast was nice.

The size of the room was great! The mattresses were horrible! The location and staff were great in fact better than most upscale hotels that I have been to. However the mattresses in the room were horrible. There was mold in the shower and the shower head did not work properly.

Great staff, very nice room. Worst hotel bed I ever tried to sleep in. Location, appearance, and staff at this hotel were excellent. The hot breakfast was great. The property was clean and well appointed. However, it was a hotel and that is a place you go to sleep and we had the worst hotel bed we have ever experienced traveling all over the United States, the Pacific Islands, Italy and all over Mexico.

The staff is extremely helpful. Upholstery and furniture are dated. This is my third stay at this Inn and would highly recommend to any families with kids, the staff is exceptional.

The spacious room with the kitchen facility. Noise from a bar nearby. Very clean and the free breakfast was outstanding. The price was awesome.
