We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and it was a great experience but when we decided to stay longer they can't give us a room. The front desk said the hotel is full but after a couple minutes she said oh we have a room available but you have to pay $169 instead of $89 which is the rate for our first 4 nights. They dont have customer loyalty they only think about business.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night enroute to destinations in the US, however this was perhaps the best quality hotel and service we have ever stayed in. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, room condition was absolutely top notch. Breakfast was actually a breakfast! Will definitely stay there again when in Toronto airport area.

A full kitchen was a real surprise! Nothing, and I mean it. 10-15 minutes from where I wanted to be. Beautiful room! Appears to be a newer build. Excellent breakfast. The hot tub was really powerful, yet relaxing. The room was like a bachelor apartment, including a full refrigerator, stove top, and microwave. It really suited our hockey tournament travel.

Continental breakfast, large rooms with fridge, separate living area, 2 TV's, and comfortable linen & duvet! Too many kids running around the halls, elevators, outside. Great hotel with lots of amenities! Comfortable beds and large suites make your stay very enjoyable. Love the continental breakfast and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Convenient location and free parking!

I liked everything about this hotel, especially the complimentary buffet breakfast and no parking fees! There is nothing I did not like! Everything was excellent. I was extremely happy to be upgraded to this hotel, as it is my favorite hotel. I was treating my mother to a nice weekend away and she loved it!

The room was very attractive, laid out nice, accessible and overall very comfortable. The Residence Inn was very impressive. Upon entering the room, I was impressed with the room size, layout and overall comfort. I would definitely recommend to others and plan on staying at this hotel again in the future.

Large rooms. Poor location, too far from airport, and no restaurant in the hotel. Nice accommodations but poor location (industrial area) and lack of restaurant makes it less than desirable for all but nearby business travel. No early morning airport shuttle.

Size of the room. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from Pearson Airport. Very nice large rooms with kitchen and living room. This hotel does not have any rooms with 2 double size beds. The staff is friendly.

Clean, friendly staff andgood location. Not as convenient as many other hotels in the airport region relative to restaurants. Our expectations for quality and upkeep were exceeded and the staff at the front desk as well as the maid and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless including the common area and the pool/whirlpool. Hotel was slightly further than the International Center where the show was but only by a couple of kilometers. Not as many restaurants in the immediate area as most of the other hotels and could not walk to them. Would recommend it to our friends and would definitely return. The buffet breakfast was slightly above average compared to many that only offer a continental breakfast, but the attendant staff on both mornings were excellent. Very attentive and helpful. Free parking in the airport was appreciated.
