The overall experience was extremely positive, from beginning to end. The front desk person was very friendly, the room clean and inviting. The grounds were kept impeccably clean. Breakfast was nicely done and generous. Overall, we were very satisfied and we would return.

My wife and I went to Phoeinx for our anniversay, and we had a wonderful time at the Residence Inn. The entire staff was very knowledable of the area, and we loved how attentive they were to our needs and questions. We were located minutes from downtown Tempe and right next to the freeway. The location was perfect for us. Thank you so much Residence Inn!!!!

Good air conditioning. Shabby and dirty. Basic but shabby. Convenient off the I-10, but no good restaurants near by. There was mold in the bathroom everywhere, old, shabby furniture. I requested a 3 star or more hotel and this was definitely no more than a 2. I was disappointed in the quality of this hotel.

Plenty of room, excellent breakfast, comfortable. The room was clean attractive and had lots of room so we felt comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen was a very nice extra that allowed us a place to keep our food and prepare food. The breakfast had a very good selection and the food was warm and in ample supply. We will definitely be staying again.

Good location, quiet, clean, well staffed, well stocked. A quiet, clean family atmosphere, good parking, comfortable rooms, a good continental breakfast, and excellent staff. I highly recommend it because of its easy to get to location near freeways, but without noise. Another bonus, it is adjacent to a huge shopping mall and restaurants.

Very friendly, and helpful staff. Hotel clean and tidy and almost faultless, only gripe I have is that one day housekeeping emptied the trash from my room, but never tidied the room or made the bed, a minor inconvenience.

Room layout was wonderful. Only one queen bed. Great location for Arizonia Mills and ASU. Clean, spacious room with nice sized kitchen. Nice little pool. A little traffic noise. Only one queen bed and bathtub needed replacement as it was rusted out in several places. Overall comfortable and convienent to many nearby activities.

Convenient to Diablo Stadium, Arizona Mills Outlet Malls, restaurants & other venues. Beds were too soft. Breakfast was good - plenty of variety, but would like more fruit. The hotel overall was great. Facility is well-maintained. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very helpful, especially directing us to local venues such as church, auto repair facility and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi. Good selection of items at complimentary breakfast (although I'd personally like more fresh fruit). We plan to stay there again next year during baseball Spring Training season.

Close to the airport. Easy access from the highway. Clean. Safe. Free breakfast. Clean, friendly, well located near shopping and dining places with plenty to choose from and was 1/3 the cost of a nearby luxury hotel where I had to go for a business convention.

Convenience. The Residence Inn was very nice and clean. The personnel were very helpful. It was more of an extended stay arrangement than a standard hotel. Having said that, it would be good for families.

Served a decent breakfast and the room was spacious. Small parking stalls. It was a little bit hard to find. Their sign was quite small. The room was excellent as far as space. The bed was firm but could have used a little more bedding. The weather was cold. The TV was a little small after our big screens. The bath area was great. I loved the hand held shower as well as the wall fixture. Their towels were large enough to just use one after a bath.

The do not disturb sign worked as it should. Very friendly and accomodating staff. $100. Non-refundable fee for pets is the most excessive I have seen. It is unfair to those that are responsible. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay due to the location, the layout of the room and the great staff. Due to the cost of bringing pets, I would probably pick a different place next time, only for that reason.

room size was excellent not boxy The trees in the lot were messy and covered my car I would stay here again if called for. Staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Rooms were spacious and the price was great. They need to be more careful as to their plantings. My car was covered with seeds etc. forcing me to the carwash prior to my attending to my business.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was a little farther away from downtown. Quality place with great staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The service was great and friendly, especially the breakfast crew in the main lobby.
