My wife and I stayed at the Residence Inn Tampa Suncoast Parkway at NorthPointe Village, Lutz, Florida while visiting family over Christmas. The site is easy to get to, has a great breakfast every morning, and several times a week provides food at the Manager's Reception. Our experience encourages us to look for other Residence Inns whenever we travel.

Clean and new furnishings. Good value. 9 miles from my brother's house. I would have liked it to be closer. Absolutely loved it. Wish I could have stayed longer. Breakfast was delicious and free.

Our family recently stayed in a 2-room suite. The rooms were large and everything was neat and clean. The bedrooms each had a bathroom ans a flat screen lcd tv. Only 1 king bed in each room, though. The suite also had a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove cook-top, & sink. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. The exercise room, ball court, & pool were nice. There was patio furniture, grill, and fire area around the pool. Very nice. Full breakfast included eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast / bagels, muffins, cereal, waffles, etc. Very nice hotel for the price. I would definately recommend to somone and would definately stay there again.

The rooms were very attractively decorated and arranged. Location was wonderful! This was a great place to stay. We were in the area for our son's wedding. This was located very close to the venue. The rooms are very well organized, attractively decorated and very clean. We stayed in several hotels on this trip and this was our favorite. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Will stay here again the future.

Exceptionally clean. Nothing. This was the best hotel we stayed so far which spoils one for future accommodation anywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, wish I had stayed for a longer stay.

Great hotel, brand new rooms are excellent quiet. Only issue we had was that we requested a feather free room prior to arrival which we were told we had upon arrival, even check a couple pillows in the room to make sure. My wife woke up having an asthma attack the next morning. Upon further inspection we found that 3 of the pillows on the bed were feather pillows. Word to the wise always check for yourself.
