This was a wonderful hotel in a great location to be near all of my family. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had my daughter with us, which made getting out of our room at a reasonable hour nearly impossible. The cleaning staff came to clean our room whenever we got out and always brought supplies we needed when we didn't need our room cleaned. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I go back.

The breakfast was first rate and they even had a Bar-B-Q dinner for free! That's a first! Only one bed and a fold out sofa. We wanted two beds. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and clean and good food.

Shared penthouse (living, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 TVs, 3 phones, internet. OUTSTANDING service, comfy beds, spotless pool, spa, fitness areas, fantastic full breakfast--eggs, sausage, gravy, hashbrowns, waffles, danish, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea. Definitely recommend, would stay again, staff is the greatest! Earth City exit easy to find from airport, perfect to connect to highways around St. Louis, suburbs, and St. Charles, free parking, quiet light industry, office park area.

Residence Inn St. Louis Airport/Earth City, St Charles, Missouri is a great place for the business traveler with their businees center and workout room. The room that I had was a good size with nice seating. I had an ajoining bedroom to the living room; separate vanity area from the bathroom. The only complant that I have is that the refridgerator made some noise.I realy enjoyed the breakfast and dinner amenities that a re available. I would return here again.

Clean and friendly. Shuttle does not run for early departures. Very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area was nice and clean. The reception hour had wine, beer and hot snacks. Full kitchen was a plus.

Complementary breakfast, daily. 100+ degrees outside and AC not maintaining a level of cool for my comfort. The hottest days of the year and the climate control didn't allow me the ability to control the in room temp. Sufficiently to create a comfortable sleeping environment. Very disappointing!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed committed to guest service. Kids running in the hallway the first couple days. The hotel itself show a little wear & tear, but overall it was very nice, clean, convenient. The staff was very good and went above and beyond my expectations. They serve a full breakfast and light dinner daily. They provided me with laundry detergent free of charge. I even accidentally forgot by bathing suit and when I called them, they sent it to me via overnight mail at no charge. What more could I ask for?.

Every member of the staff exceeded my expectations. I was always greeted and asked how my day had been. The breakfast selection was very good but the food itself was somewhat lacking. The biscuits were stale, the eggs were bland. Fresher items needed. I want to give my highest compliment to the staff at the Marriott Residence Inn. They were extremely helpful, they never missed an opportunity to make eye contact and greet us. I also want to recognize Angie. She seemed to manage the breakfasts. She had the biggest smile and most engaging manner. She made you feel like you were part of her family. She should be commended for her efforts. She never had a "down day". The hotel was convenient to the highway; there was a gas station and a Mc Donalds at the same corner as the hotel. It made it so easy to fill up the gas tank on the rental car on the way back to the airport and catch a quick breakfast too.

Clean and friendly. Good meals. Garbage was collected at 4:30am right outside my window. Very clean and comfortable room. Great meals. I was surprised by the food offering at the evening social hour (in very positive way). Breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent value.

The full kitchens and they provided breakfast everyday free. The elevators were too far for luggage. And upon arrival the front desk lady was rude. This is a very nice hotel to stay in. If you need a full kitchen it is the best that I have stayed in a long time.
