The staff at this hotel was great. I asked for dinner recommendations and not only did they give a few recommendations, they were able to comment on price and variety at each of the restaurants. Secondly, when asked for directions they were able to give VERY specific directions, streets to turn on, landmarks etc. I have never had such a pleasant experience when it comes a hotel staff.

Plentiful breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods. Excellent rooms, an oddly confusing layout, requiring some unique elevator-hopping to get from the fourth floor to breakfast, but otherwise an amazing stay for the money. The breakfast buffet was more than I could have asked for, granola and yogurt along with traditional American breakfast foodstuffs of pancakes, waffles, donuts, etc. A nice surprise in the inclusion of hot oatmeal, potatoes, more pancakes, and plenty of milk/orange juice as well. Seriously, the breakfast made it all worthwhile. I'll probably be back next year, if not staying at the hotel, at least stealing some granola.

The hotel promotes itself as pet friendly but there is a * Pet Cleaning Fee which you are not told about until you register. It seems integrity costs extra at this hotel.

Excellent attention to life safety devices. Slow elevators. Perfect location for visitors of patients in Cox South hospital. Beautiful lobby that offers a superior hot breakfast (free).

Wow. This was a great hotel. Hands down THE most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Staff was great and hotel was beautful!

Everything except front desk and maintenance experience. Front Desk and maintenance. TV in bedroom was very poor and the maintenance person said he could not fix it but would have it fixed the second night. It was worse the second night. Billing was wrong. With them, it is not an easy fix.

This hotel isn't the least expensive in Springfield, but the extras are worth it. Namely the continental breakfast is more like the real deal, the beds and linens were very comfy and great quality, and with three kids the privacy separate bedrooms provide is priceless.Only thing that needed improvement was the pool was very cloudy and chilly. I believe it was because of heavy rains frequently, but they needed their pool guy to show up.

Awesome place to stay. Very nice location with quick an easy access to most atractions. Very clean hotel with a friendly/helpful staff.
