Over all the hotel was fabulous. We were within 10 minutes of Disney World, and Sea World was less then 2 minutes away. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. It was quiet at night, the pool was very clean and enjoyable. Our only single complaint was the sheets were not changed during a 5 night stay. When I asked to have them changed only the top sheet was changed. But everything else was perfection. Would I return? In a New York minute!

Size of room. Traveling with 2 adults and 5 children, the room was plenty big and having 2 bathroom was great. Another thing is it is a very short distance from Seaworld.

The Residence Inn did a great job with our vacation. Check in and Check out was simple and easy. ALL of the staff was friendly, helpful, and eager to answer any question or address any concern. The best "continental" breakfast I've ever had - hot, buffet style. Very clean facilities and comfortable rooms/beds. Shuttle service was on time but only offered twice a day (for drop off and pick up at the WDW, Sea World parks). You're at the mercy of the shuttle schedule. Next time I would probably rent a car. Hotel does not offer complimentary svs to/from airport. Avg about $40 to AND from the airport. Only one on-stie resturant with not a large selection - another reason to have a rental car. Best customer service I've rec'd in the hotel industry.

This hotel made our family vacation easy, The rooms all have full kitchens, and the family bbq was great for cheap dinners. The Pool was very kid friendly, Mine would have skipped Disney to stay at the pool!

Stayed 2 nights here the first week of April. The place is a bit dated - wall paper peeling in bathrooms, carpets stained, TV small. Breakfast buffet is OK. This was spring break so it was packed in the morning, no place to sit. We were on the fourth floor, one of two elevators out of service so had to use stairs or wait an eternity when you wanted to use the stairs. Upon checkin we were given keys and entered into an occupied room. Startled an older woman and quickly left to return to front desk. They then gave us another room. Room cleanliness was not the greatest, if we hadn't already made one return trip to the front desk we would have asked to be moved again. Location is great if you are going to the Sea World parks. Unless you absolutely have to stay next door to sea world, this place is not worth the money.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Rooms are super comfortable & clean. Bathroom & kitchenette also very nice. Towels were always clean, the continental breakfast offered was delicious, varied and with a lot of healthy choices. This Residence Inn is in a great location, close to International Drive and an infinite number of restaurants. Also minutes away from SeaWorld and all the Disney World Theme Parks... Definitely my #1 choice moving forward every time I go to Orlando. Thanks to Marriot for really caring about their guests' safety, comfortability, and doing your best to make one feel as close to home as possible!!!

The room at the hotel was nice and big, complete with a mini kitchen and sofa bed. The breakfast times were very hectic, but decent. The only thing I didn't especially like was the crowd of people. There were a lot of high school age teenagers, so the pool area got a bit rowdy at night times. But the room was great and staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not enough shuttles to local attractions. Hotel is well situated to Seas World and its other resorts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the concierge was also trying to pitch Marriott time shares. Although it is located 3 minutes from Seas World and Discovery Cove it was necessary to take cabs which had to be called and the fare was $6 to $9 (not all cabs were metered) each way. There seemed to be a lot of families staying there, so I think shuttle service would be cost effective, and add a great deal to making this a resort hotel. Having a suite (Fridge, Stove and dish washer) made this a pretty good.

My family and I stayed here the beginning of March. We loved it! The rooms were clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The breakfast buffet was great. Would highly recommend.

My husband, 1 year old son and I were very pleased with the Residence Inn. It is soo close to Sea World which was great. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Having a small child, it was wonderful having a full kitchen. The room was very clean. The bedroom/bathroom were very spacious. The daily breakfast buffet was wonderful. There was always plenty of seating and it is served later on the weekends. The pool was beautiful! We never had a problem getting a table or chairs. I don't have a single complaint. We are going back to Orlando this winter and plan to stay there again.

The beds were clean, and I am a person that has to have a clean or I will not be happy with the room and just to day I slept well! Our Suburban was broken into during the night while parked in the hotel area, and personal items were stolen. I loved it and if I ever go again I will go again to the Residence Inn.

Would stay at this location again. Close to quiet, well kept and close to the Orlando conference center. The only negative expereince was twice the plastic key card failed to unlock various entry doors.

This is a great hotel right across the street from SeaWorld. We loved having two bedrooms and a living room for the same price as many other standard hotel rooms. Also, the staff was nice and the pool was great.

It was convenient, very good quality and an excellent breakfast buffet. Very close to Sea World and Universal. The rooms were very nice and clean, had no problems with anything.

Entire hotel protocol made us feel safe traveling without dad.? CLEAN.? Attractive decor without that fake/tropical/gaudy look.? Hot breakfast buffet- not just cereal and stale buns like some.? All hotel staff were super friendly.? Great location for us, right next to SeaWorld which is our favorite entertainment venue.? And on the south end (quieter, nicer, not tacky) of International Drive for afternoon of mini-golf and nice sit-down meal in good restaurant.? Beautiful pool for child and poolside bar for mom.? I hope the property manager sees this and shares with staff.? They deserve it.? As a matter of fact, I should write to the property manager myself because I was pleased beyond belief to get such a nice hotel when I had no personal knowledge or reference for it.

Our stay was outstanding. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We would definitely stay again. The location is close to all of the Disney Parks.
