The decor. I was charged $20 extra with no explanation. Nice hotel, but I was not informed of why I was charge $20 more. I found out when I looked at my bank statement online.

Location and hotel setup. Bathroom was not up to standards.

Very helpful front desk staff. Burned out light bulb This was a residence hotel, although just an overnighter for us.The setting is nice, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room hadWiFi (whether business or leisure we usually travel with a laptop), a work area, and kitchenette. The free, hot breakfast was average, but hot and free! There was a nice living room area in the unit. Bathroom was fine. All in all, an excellent value for the money, with friendly service staff and a homey feel.

The rooms and the managers specials at the lobby. When I first pulled up I did not know what to expect and opened the door and it was a great comfortable room.

Full kitchen, free dinner M-Th, free, full breakfast Loud person upstairs on last night Great amenities; food was fresh and hot; room was very clean.

I liked the decor and colors. The hot water was not hot enough. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The grounds were kept clean and well groomed. I highly recommend this hotel.

When I walked into the room, I immediately liked the atmosphere. It had a nice living area with a fireplace. I would like a larger tub. I would like the sheets to smell fresher. It had a nice family atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and inviting. I could comfortably stay for at least 3-5 days. The closets made you feel at home.

Afternoon meatball subs. Parking. Nice stay I would stay again.

Wonderful free breakfast and some dinner too. Every need anticipated and provided for. Extra pull-out bed very uncomfortable. A residence hotel for the traveler whom demands more. Excellent accommodations for a short or long-term stay.

Kitchen and big room. would stay here again.

Full kitchen! And nice TV/sitting area. Nothing. Great room for a week or two! Would definitely be happy to stay there again. Very impressive extras (Wi-Fi, full kitchen, breakfast buffet, etc).

Breakfast bar was great; amenities were very nice. Breakfast was crowded no tables available and had to grab for one. Very nice room. We were very pleased.

This hotel was clean; the deluxe breakfast was excellent, friendly staff. Tight parking. The hotel was clean, kitchen was perfect, and the deluxe breakfast was excellent (kids didn't want to leave). Great for traveling with kids, couples or business; breakfast provided and sometimes dinner and you have a kitchen to cook versus dining out. We didn't have a single complaint about it and to top if off wee got to play in the snow!

It was very spacious. Cockroaches. The hotel was very nice other than the cockroaches in the bathroom of the hotel. We had to switch rooms due to this and then could not get back into the previous room to collect some of our things.

They give a lot of extras. Breakfast, happy hour, and light dinners are included (breakfast every day, light dinner and happy hour Monday – Thursday). Also included is wireless in the room, plus they have a computer with a printer in the lobby. The coffee is on all day. All these extras can add up to quite a bit at other hotels.

The hotel suite was fully stocked and clean. The bed was sagging and uncomfortable and the bathroom was too small.

I found this to be an excellent hotel, w/ many amenities. I would have preferred to be able to make free local calls. I found it very relaxing. Already, I have recommended it to friends who also travel frequently.

It was relatively clean and convenient and with the breakfast and welcome home reception it is a great value. The carpet seemed a little warn in my room. It is a nice place not as polished as some of the residence Inn properties, kind of a ski resort or village feel. It would be comfortable for a long term stay.

Very attractive condo setting, felt like a private residence. NA. From arrival to departure, everything you need to remind you that you are at a 3 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was out of this world, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice etc. Use of lobby computer and printer to check email or just surf the web was outstanding. Rooms and accommodations all excellent.

Nice place to stay, everything was clean etc. The remote on the TV was a little hard to turn on & off and the alarm clock did not work. This facility was well kept but parking was a little challenging.
