If I could rate this Marriott Residence a 12, I would! New, beautiful and completely furnished in every way. Can't think of anything except you might hear the traffic going by. When the front desk congratulated me on my Priceline price, I didn't know what he meant, but he assured me I would be very pleased. The hotel and my room were the best I've ever had in 50 years! Each room with a door with door knocker like a house and red walls and Asian lamp on wall, open door and be so swept away you take out your camera! Outstanding decorating, kitchen with stainless/granite/up to date. It is new and part of the reason it is so clean! Breakfast was complete and different each day. I started planning family get aways here because it has everything!

We arrived in Prescott on Sunday night and stayed at another motel. Was very displeased and checked out and into the Residence Inn. This place is new. The decor is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Hot breakfast was good.

Room was a suite with full kitchen and little extras. I was very pleased with the size and quality of the room for my money. I am never sure of what to expect, so was very pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the hotel and room.

Rooms were decorated beautifully. Could not give us 2 beds, so friend slept on uncomfortable couch. The location, ambiance was good. The desk person was very condescending. I would not return to this hotel again.

Kitchen facilities, grill, patio was great, exercise room was good. No dislikes! Located on the outskirts of Prescott, convenient to big box shopping with easy access (drive)to lovely old downtown. Hotel was very modern with excellent decor. The patio and swimming pool area was wonderful for eating & relaxing with a variety of seating, tables, fireplace, grills, & fire pit. The exercise room is very clean with updated equipment making for a complete weight and aerobic workout. Perfect layout of the rooms with inviting modern decor and quality (good size) kitchen for a traveler!

Decor: Excellent. Rooms: Spacious. Comfort: Perfect! Breakfast buffet was out of all dishes for about 20 minutes. An all-inclusive hotel for both business and leisure travel. You won't remember you're in a hotel because of the decor, comfort, amenities and cleanliness. Conveniently located just off the mail highway, between Prescott and Prescott Valley. Shopping within walking distance. Great views.

Great customer service, new spacious well decorated rooms. It was a 40 min. drive to my destination, but well worth it for the value of the hotel! The Marriott Residence Inn in Prescott, As is a new facility, very clean, well decorated, very friendly & helpful staff. They provided breakfast every morning and supper on the week nights. The gym was a bit space, but had everything I needed to get my workout in. They had a very nice pool and hot tub, but due to my schedule I never got the chance to use them. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the Prescott area.

The room was similar to staying in an apartment. All the amenities you need while away from home. Nothing. All good. Excellent accommodations. The complimentary breakfast every morning provided lots of options - cold and hot food selections. Hotel provided all the amenities one would need while on vacation or business.

New and funky. Nothing. Had a great time, hotel was very nice and staff was amazing. Breakfast the next morning was perfect. Loved the plasma TV's in each room. Nice to have full kitchen, did not have the opportunity to use it, but is is nice to know that if I go back for an extended stay I will grocery shop and do some cooking. Costco, Sam's Club, Mall and several grocery stores very close. Loved the experience!
