Clean, great breakfast and staff. The bedroom is not separate from the living area! I had expected the bedroom to be separate there was no privacy at all this made me very unhappy.

The staff is magnificant, the hotel is beautiful, and the atmosphere is definatly a home away from home. I would recomend this hotel to everyone I know!

Very convenient to the hospital we needed to go to. Bed was awful, sunk very low in middle. Breakfast was cold cereal and donuts, not the waffles, eggs usually at Residence Inn. Not at all what I expect from a Residence Inn or the Marriott chain and I have stayed at a number of them. The room was more of an economy type of room. The bed desperately needs to be replaced and was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was not as nice at most Residence Inns, mini boxes of cereal, donuts, yogurt and a basket of bananas. Refused a late check out when my husband's surgical procedure took longer than expected and we checked out 1/2 an hour late because we could not leave the surgery center any earlier. They charged us for another night.

This hotel was very pretty and kept very clean. The pool was nice because it was not too cold and their was a wonderful hottub. The rooms were very well kept and clean. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable thing i ever slept on but the bed was very comfortable. It was very nice to have the kitchen in our room. Every morning they have free breakfast with all sorts of things but i liked the belgian waffles the best. The exercise room was small but had some very nice equiptment. The location was close to shopping, dinning, and our family so it was perfect!!

The room was clean attractive and easily adaptable to my family of five's needs. The breakfast was a little artificial tasting. Relieved to find the hotel to be exactly as I was expecting it, a clean, spacious suite. The common rooms and the pool were bright and clean the staff friendly.

Everything There wasn't anything not to like. The front desk people were more accommodating then any hotel I've ever stayed at! very nice, compassionate and understanding of my situation. I couldn't recommend a nicer group of employees.
