When we checked in they didn't have our reservation. They wouldn't accept Orbitz confirmation number-only Marriotts. Staff told us we should call Orbitz and request a refund and pay their normal rate. After long wait we were able to connect with Orbitz customer service and they confirmed our reservation. The first room they gave us was EXTREMELY noisy, and had no bureau for our clothes. We requested another room and it was very nice. When we checked out they billed us for the room at their normal rate. When we pointed out that it was already pre-paid through Orbitz they relented and issued a credit for what they billed us. Some of the rooms are very nice, but you may need to ask for alternative accommodations.

Not a thing. Out of date room, dingy, very dark, felt unsafe. Would not recommend this hotel. It was not in the Perimeter area. It was in Chamblee. It was old and dingy and looked as if it has never been updated. The entrance to room is on the exterior of the hotel and backed up to a heavily wooded area. It was dimly lit and felt unsafe.

TVs in all rooms, equipped kit., proximity to attractions, shopping; spacious; quiet; computer hook-ups; clean; grandkids said it was ""the best""."

We went down for the Bama\Clemson Game and were very suprised how nice this hotel was. When we got of the interstate it was sorta hard to find, put you just go straight across the intersection and you are there. The outside reminded me of the apartments I stayed in at college , but nicer and roomier. The inside was very clean and well kept, but some minor damage here and there to tile and the walls if you look hard enough. Very comfortable room. You have to drive down to the next exit to get to a marta stop, which is safe of course, but no air was on the trains!! Word of warning though once you go downtown make sure you are careful about which train you get on coming back, easy to get lost, which we and many other couples did. As we made out way back to our hotel we witnessed many people searching for the right trains and arguing about it . But a great time over all.

Absolutely nothing. Power went out, staff was rude, smoke detector beeped all night. Location is not great. It is close to 285 but not in a great area. My wife was actually a little worried about getting shot. One supervisor was friendly, but the night staff was rude. Our smoke detector beeped all night, then the power went out. The night staff would not let me in to the lobby to discuss the problem with him. He barely spoke English. The bathroom was filthy. It was obvious they didn't clean the bath tub after the last guest as there were long hairs throughout the tub. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a really nice visit at this property. The staff certainly made us feel at home. We stayed for 2 months due to relocation, and everything they did pointed to great service. The beds are great. The rooms need a little updating, but overall excellent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms facing 285, very noisy. Room facing residential side-heard dog barking all night. The hotel was adequate, clean, but many of the amenities in need of repair, good for long stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to move rooms to three different rooms due to extreme noise from I-285 and a dog was barking all night from the residential house behind us. We were not able to get internet access from any of the rooms and the help line never called me back to trouble shoot the problem.

The basic concept of the hotel was good/kids enjoyed 2 levels. Very dated inside and really need to be maintained outside/a quite a bit of aging. If this hotel is updated it would really be a nice place to stay. Would not stay there again unless it undergoes renovations.

The landscaping and pathways were well maintained, the facility fit into the natural beauty of the area. The exterior of the buildings including, stairs, handrail softest, gutters were in immediate need of repair and painting. In spite of driving through a tornado to reach the Inn, we were warmly welcomed by a exceptional staff and assigned a lovely, cozy, clean room. After the stress of traffic from New Orleans to Mobile to Montgomery and through a fierce storm(including a tornado), we were extremely pleased to find such comfortable and reasonably priced accommodations.

There was plenty of space for 6 people in the loft suite and the location was good for six flags and riding the Marta to downtown. It could use a face lift on some small repairs. This was a safe area with easy access to the Interstate. The accommodations worked well for 6 people needing a full kitchen and separate bedrooms.

Shuttle and breakfast buffet. Location - not really perimeter. Appliances need updating; hotel is not really what I had consider perimeter location.

Breakfast buffet and very comfy bed! Pool out of order. Okay hotel with great shuttle service; updated linens and very comfy bed. Not really a "perimeter" location.

Convenient to the northern perimeter of Atlanta. Traffic at rush hour is awful. Convenient businessman's hotel for the north side of Atlanta. Roomy and well equipped for internet communications.

Decent breakfast each morning for guests. Furnishings extremely old, room not kept up to Marriott quality, appeared unclean. I was familiar with the location of this hotel and decided to try it for leisure travel. The first room we were given was not cleaned properly. The 2nd room was somewhat better, but still far from the quality I have come to expect from Marriott. The room appeared not to be cleaned properly. This can be attributed, in part, to the poor condition of the furnishings. They just looked dirty. The furnishings were antiquated, the entire room in bad need of updating. The bed, however, was ok. I will not stay in this hotel again nor recommend it.

High speed internet. Hot breakfast bar was not very inspiring. Clean, comfortable (besides the beds, as hard as rocks), good value for the money.

Maid service was excellent! Way beyond ordinary. Bed was too hard. Couch was not very comfortable. This is really an excellent hotel for the extended stay business traveler I stayed 5 nights and the maid service was excellent, she made me feel at home. The entire facility was very clean. The hotel offers many amenities that should appeal to all travelers.

Location quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Needs updating. Commode made noise all night the second night . Food buffet not great Overall not bad. Location was good for us. The facilities were reasonably clean but needs updating. The breakfast buffet was not great. Had to wait for food, napkins, etc. Not well stocked. Staff was okay.
