Check-In experinec not what I expect from a Marriott property. Front desk staff were chit-chatting ,one was counting money and not focused on processing (checking in) the waiting customers. Once I got their attention things went smoothly Also, hotel Van driver was rude, otherwise a good experience.

Cool view of the pentagon from the hotel. Bathroom was small. Nice place, not within walking distance of entertainment. Staff was very willing to help. They will also provide shuttle services to local destinations.

Clean, comfortable rooms, two blocks from the metro line, an extensive selection of hot and cold complementary breakfast items, in-room frig and microwave ,and pool and work-out area make this hotel a great value for the money. Access to the metro is just two blocks away at the Fashion Centre Mall. This provides easy access to all of the city-- and places to eat, shop and relax when the day is finished. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some evenings light supper items and complementary wine, beer and soda were also available. Very convenient to Reagan Airport by metro, taxi or hotel shuttle. This was a great value for our sightseeing in expensive Washington. Hotel also provides internet access for checking e-mail and printing boarding passes. What's not to like !

Was very nice and close to the metro. Breakfast were the same every morning. I like the location of the hotel. It was right across the highway from the Pentagon. 5 minute walk to the metro.

Brought my daughter here for her "graduation" gift. We absolutely loved it! The hotel was excellent in every way. The location is right across from the Pentagon with a great view of it from every floor when you exit the elevator. The metro is about 2 blocks or a 5 minute walk away and will take you anywhere you could want to visit for about 1.35 each way. They gave us a free shuttle to the airport and back and offered to give us a free shuttle to the metro or shopping center but we walked since it was so close. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Our room was clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet was not just continental style...it had everything...eggs, sausage, waffles, french toast, pancakes, cereal, muffins, fruit, grits etc.... fantastic and saved us alot of money.! They even have a free popcorn & ice cream sundae bar and movie on thursday evenings which was very nice! If I ever come back to d.c. i will be staying here!

The free breakfast. I did not think guest should have to pay for parking. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very clean. While we were there, the carpets were steam cleaned. Nothing! The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. During the weekdays it was quiet at the breakfast bar, however it became crowded during the weekend. During the week days Monday - Thursday the hotel offers dinner or desert for the guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would go to the D.C. area.

The whole trip was very nice. The staff was very helpful with all questions we had. The location was great, close to very nice places to eat and shop. Please learn how to use the metro it is the best way to get around and the price is right. The only regret is we didn't stay longer with so many things to see you would need a month.

Good location, close to D.C. Can't say anything bad about it. Great staff. Good buffet breakfast.

The location, room, amenities are all terrific. They have a shuttle to take you to the metro stop even though it is just a couple of blocks away. The room was a good size for 4 people. The linens, bedding were terrific. The set up of the room was great ... bedroom on one side, living room in middle and another bedroom on the other side. If there was a drawback, it was only the cost of parking. It was 18 a day but you had no other option but to park onsite.

Clean, comfortable, attractive, good location, great staff, free food. Nothing. This is a 10 hotel for the business traveler. The service was great. I liked the van transportation. Free food for breakfast and dinner was good. Could have used a little variety on the breakfast menu from day to day but it was good.

Complimentary breakfast. It's a shame to have to pay for parking. The hotel is conveniently located to the metro and the downtown area and museums are very accessible. The complimentary breakfast was welcome before a day of sightseeing and included hot food items that changed daily. This balanced out the fact that you had to pay for parking. I also appreciated the kitchenette complete with full fridge, two burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The hotel also offers 'brown bag' lunches for a nominal cost or will pick up groceries for you to stock your fridge free of charge. Overall, a great hotel for the price and one that I would recommend or stay at again.

Clean rooms with kitchen, full size refrigerator, microwave, and cooking range. Perfect for a family stay. I think that it's rude that 2 hours before I was suppose to check-out, housekeeping knocked on the door twice to see what time we would be leaving. Clean, two blocks from the metro. Really enjoyed it. Oh, and free breakfast.

The hotel employees were very helpful, room was spacious, and the food very good. Nothing. The front desk gave me written directions to every place I needed to go to by car. They suggested a restaurant the children would like as well as adults within walking distance. I felt my vehicle was safe in the garage. The rooms were spotless and accommodating to traveling with children. It was a relaxing visit to Washington dc.

Closeness to Metro, large room. N/A Ok, if you are looking for basic accommodations near metro and the shopping. Fine dining is not near an requires a long walk or getting on the metro.

Great location, ample parking, great buffett for breakfast Excellent breakfast buffett, very impressive to be free. There was plenty of parking (although you had to pay for it). Clean, good location, this hotel met all of my expectations.
