the hotel at this time needs to be refurbushed. The out side really needs attention. The location is difficult..WE WERE knowledgable of the area, but found it difficult to get to. The sign was low and not very visible. The entrance was really through a parking lot for two restaurants..

Friendliness. Used biz center to print boarding pass and the system failed me. Great accommodations. Fantastic value.

Rooms were clean, excellent hot breakfast, staff was courteous and helpful. We were upgraded to a pent house suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace and living room which was quiet and comfortable.Close to Boston, but do not miss the exit or you have a hard time getting back We would stay again

Everything was great but the bed was a bit soft

The size of the room, it was a suite. Bathroom very small. Conveniently located, but signage a little poor and drove by it 1st time. Bigger rooms than expected. Mattress not too hard, which is good. Complimentary breakfast was nice, but food quality only fair.

It seemed to meet our every need. We could hear quite a bit of noise from surrounding units. We were very impressed with the set up of the small units 2 levels with stairs. It was an attractive arrangement and it had a homey effect. The suite met all our needs, we were pleased with the breakfast and the weekend hours. Our stay there helped cushion our return to Maine after 10 days in sunny Texas.

Beds very comfortable, clean room and liked kitchenette. Location wasn't very pleasing, and bathroom is small, but felt safe overall. This hotel is ideal for those with children, basketball courts, pool, or those looking for more space than a regular hotel room. Very nice, complete kitchenette, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Nice choice of breakfast foods: eggs, waffles, cereal, toast, coffee, juice -- which is free. The location is not scenic, but it's close enough to the t (subway) if you want to go into Boston.

Friendly, helpfull staff and convient location. Hotel Access, hard to see and easy to pass by. This was a quality hotel, clean and appeared to be fairly well maintained. Would stay again.

excellent staff went above our expectations to make us feel "at home" and help us find our way around the area. Great breakfasts, snacks every evening (an unexpected suprise), 3 newspaper choices in the morning, free hi-speed Internet access and more....

Free breakfast!! Climbing stairs to get to the room it was a very nice place for the money and the location. It was surprisingly quiet and the free breakfast was good.

Wine glasses set out, popcorn and hard candy, little touches, that say a lot. Great value for the money, lots of extras including a hot buffet breakfast, newspapers and a pool and exercise room.

I like the comfortable atmosphere of the room, I liked the kitchen areas felt like home. I have complaints about the hotel. My review of the hotel was an enjoyable experiment, I would recommend to all my friends and family members traveling towards the North Shore, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, when I had my stay.
