Date of Stay:
June, 2009
The room was very clean and I was surprised by all the amenities in the room. I wish my stay was longer so that I could take advantage of the amenities. The front desk staff was polite as was the overnight security when I left, as I left the property and checked out about 4:30 to 5 AM and since the doors were locked I called in and spoke to a very polite gentleman who checked me out of my room over the phone. The only thing I could critique is that it was very difficult to check out from my TV like some hotels offer, so this is either not an option or is not conveniently located in the TV menu in Guest services. That would have made it a bit more convenient since my check out was at such an early hour.

Great breakfast, wonderful room, free WiFi what's not to like. That I didn't get to try the free dinners. This is a great hotel.

We were not impressed with this hotel! They have made an attempt to remodel it ... however the room smells stale and you can also smell old cigarette smoke. There is new furniture, linens, etc ... but the cabinets are dark. It reminds me of an appartment I had in the 80's. The bed is hard and when you get in it you can hear the springs. Our room was right next to the freeway so it was very noisy ... and we couldn't shut the windows because of the smell. I'm not impressed!

This hotel was very comfortable. It is located next to a large number of restaurants and a starbucks. Very easy to find off the freeway. They even have a mini tennis court !

Large room, family area, kitchen, affordable laundry. Cannot think of anything. Great for family. Attractive grounds and centrally located. Pool, kitchen and laundry make this optimal for family or business.

Conveniently located, meticulously clean & inviting room. Best place I have stayed in Vancouver to date.

Breakfast was provided and hotel was close to mall. Bed was uncomfortable. Continental breakfast served, including waffles, gravy and biscuits.

Good bed. Small toilet, like you find in cabins and cheap restaurant. Good deal at Priceline bid rate. Not so great if paying full price.

Location, value, good breakfast - fruit, eggs, cereal, juice, continental. Some doors hidden by bushes.

Really enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast. Hard to find. They all have kitchens. Outside entrances, all on one floor.

Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace. Poor selection of free TV channels. Offers large room, full size kitchen appliances, full range of pots, pans, dishes.

Good value for the price. Clean, comfortable rooms. Attentive staff. Too far from city of Vancouver and Portland. Odor in room from previous visitors cooking, unable to rid room of odor by leaving windows open. Good family and business hotel. Kitchen in room allows you stick to your budget. Hot Continental breakfast. Fitness center. Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean, comfortable rooms. Free Internet access.

Most everything. The staff is great. Breakfast. Food is seriously lacking and was often out. Service there was bad. The gruel was disgusting. Manager trying to make numbers?

Very clean and had full kitchen with granite counters all appliances were wonderful. Not enough towels the TV speakers were blown and could not be used not even to get weather or news. Clean beautiful and fully useful for family or business but more business. Loved the kitchen Truly clean! The TV was old and speakers were blow so there was no way to get the news without horrible sounds. You will need to ask for more towels. The bed was perfect and none of the pillows smelled.

Comfy, clean, beautiful room and landscape. Friendly staff! Could use more blankets in the room. We had a great stay. We were in town for a family reunion. We loved the kitchenette. It was a wonderful room. The hide-a-bed was the most comfortable hide-a-bed I have ever slept on.
