Our room looked really nice but the smell was not so great. I didn't seem like it had been really cleaned in awhile, just fixed up. The hotel staff at check in was wonderful and very informative.

The size of the room. Torn wallpaper. Rusty, disintegrating doorways. Noisy-next to I75. The toilet paper holder that was falling off the wall. The overall size of the the room was nice. This particular hotel needs renovation. The outside door jam looked as if it had been painted 20 times to hide the poor condition. Unfortunately, this did not work. The rust was bleeding through the paint. The wall paper was torn in several locations in our room. I was afraid to pull on the toilet paper because the holder was barely attached to the wall on one side. One screw was partially in, the other two had fallen out. The kitchen area looked like it was built with leftovers from the 1970's. Poor quality. Not 3 1/2 stars by any stretch of the imagination.

Staff friendly, helpful. Facilities clean and attractive. Parking adequate. The facilities were as advertise. The accommodations are very clean, roomy and attractive. I am a single grandparent. I traveled to Cincinnati with two young grandchildren. They both enjoyed their stay. We partook of the breakfast buffet. The staff was most helpful and very friendly. In fact everyone was kind and considerate. I look forward to a return visit.

Extremely helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We had a large group for our wedding and they allowed us to take to-go plates for the late sleepers. We had a problem with our flowers and the staff tracked down some scissors and vases for us to keep the flowers fresh. The hotel was great! Very clean and accommodating!

The loft room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast selection was very good. Breakfast room small and people very loud! Paying for fireplace wood was dumb. This is great place to stay with kids. The breakfast was delicious and free. There's room for mom and dad to be separate and the kitchen had everything we needed. The room itself seemed a little old, but it was clean.

They have a welcome/managers happy hour with food and drink free to guests. The Hotel staff was more than accommodating. This is not really a hotel for one night stays and more for weekly stays. Full size kitchen that is not needed for overnight travelers.

Free Internet (wired), parking, and breakfast. Shabby/worn furniture, not enough hot water. My biggest complaint is that the room had its own (very small) water heater. I've never run out of hot water in a hotel before, and in this room we had a maximum of 15 minutes hot water. My husband waited 15 minutes after me, and he only managed about 5 minutes of hot water. Also, the room was recently renovated, but for some reason the worn old furniture and cabinetry were not replaced. The sofa felt especially grimy. On the plus side, the apartment-style room felt very private, more than in hotels where the rooms open off a central hallway, and doors often don't seal against the floor. It was very nice to have a fireplace in the room, but logs had to be purchased from the desk. Also nice to have a small kitchen, although I hate to think of the energy wasted cooling dozens of almost empty full-size fridges and freezers. The staff was generally very helpful and accommodating.

Location. Very dated. Hotel was located in the North part of Cincinnati, only a few minutes from quite a bit of shopping. Large area was nice for working but the bed was not good and the room showed a lot of wear. Very 80's look.

Clean and comfy rooms, attentive staff, Sharonville location accessible to businesses and highway. We didn't get up before 9 am for the hotel's breakfast, but there is a Bob Evan's restaurant nearby. Room doesn't have WiFi, but free internet access from cord on desk. Staff was prompt, attentive and professional.

Close to many restaurants and shopping outlets. A little hard to get to. Staff was nice. Didn't really use the kitchen. Was functional for a short stay.

It's design was unique! I will never stay there again! If you plan to stay at this particular hotel, I strongly recommend a top floor room! You could literally hear everything that went on from one room to the next! It was absolutely awful!

Comfortable and clean with friendly staff. I was charged a couple things on my credit card and still have not heard what they were from. Hotel was very clean. The pool was nice but the water was extremely cold and the pool needed cleaned some. Overall, everything was very nice and convenient.

Large accommodations and in-room kitchen. Somewhat dated interior, but hardly worth mentioning. Great room at a great price. Would recommend for any family to large for most hotel rooms.

Extra space, breakfast was healthy and plentiful. My husband and I were very pleased with the Residance Inn in Cincinnati. The only problem we had related to room service. We requested the room be cleaned while we were gone during the day. It was not. Upon alerting the front desk, on our return, a maid came up and took care of us.

The hotel was very clean and they had a great breakfast buffet. It was located at a dead end and they must of put down some fertilizer that smelled like waste. I would definitely stay there again, and maybe for more days next time the rooms were very clean and I did not get to utilize the kitchen I would of loved to.
