The room smelled musty. The location was hard to get to and it was next to a run down apt. complex. It also looked like an old apt. complex that they tried to change into a residence inn. I was very disappointed!

Bed and Pillows from the 1800's. Dusty, huge pillows, neck sore, sore throat from dust/dirt. Finally slept 3-4 hours on tiny sofa-bed. Staff unwilling/unable to provide smaller pillow. Threadcount in sheets very low-rough and scratchy. Good place for problem in-laws. You stay somewhere else.

Convenient. Free breakfast not to my liking.

We love staying here every time we visit Norman which is 4-5 times a year. THe rooms are great and the price is reasonable.

Spacious rooms. Spacious room with kitchen.

Upon arriving, we were not offered what I had selected as my room preference not because it wasn't available, but they offered it as an upgrade. After much discussion with the manager, they agreed to put us in the room with two beds. I would not stay there again.

Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Exorbitant non-refundable pet fee. The hotel room was pleasant and attractive. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, Unfortunately we made the reservation without remembering the dog, which we ended up putting in a kennel as a cheaper alternative for the duration of our visit. The location was a little noisy, just off I-35, but it was also convenient to restaurants and shopping. All in all a very good value and a place I would visit again.

Breakfast included, location andspacious. Outdated inside,TV too far from bed. It was very convenient for our intention and priced very well.

Lots of space in the room. Location. Comfortable beds and very clean.

The hotel was tucked away in a quiet corner of Norman, but was still close to everything. No king beds offered. This hotel met all my expectations! It's starting to show its age a bit, but not enough to keep me from staying there again if I could. The only complaints I have are extremely minimal ones. For one, I wish they had rooms with king beds, and I wish the bathtub was just a bit bigger. Other than that, I really enjoyed the hotel. I found the gal at check in to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms are designed for long-term business travelers, and have dishes, kitchens, utensils, etc., so they are very nice for weekend getaways. I would definitely go back!

Comfortable bed. Outdated, unclean, odd smell. This hotel is definitely a resident hotel with all the amenities needed to set up house. Not good for a short pleasure trip. Very outdated and not cleaned thoroughly. A sketchy apartment complex is right next door. Rooms have back doors that have flimsy locks.

Very nice staff. I enjoyed the space. The bathroom was a bit cramped for a hotel bathroom, and I was a bit uncomfortable sharing a bed with someone I'm not very very acquainted with, but other than those complaints, I like the location because it is on the outskirts of the city which makes it quieter and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nothing. I felt very unsafe with the setup of this hotel. It was isolated. This hotel is not a safe place to stay for a woman traveling alone. The room I had was like an apartment. It was isolated in a building with no oneelse in that building or surrounding buildings. There were glass French doors on the back side of the room that faced the laundry room and had large bushes where someone could hide. I travel regularly and I do not recommend this for lodging.

Nice rooms. This Residence Inn is much like all the rest of them, which is a good thing. Plenty of room in the guest suite. A nice campus. Breakfast was good too.

It was clean, roomy and easy access from the highway. Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast had various selections and the food was excellent. Rooms were outstanding.

It had a lot of space. And I like the full kitchen. It seemed a little dated. And the bathroom was very small. It was overall a nice and comfortable place to stay. I give it an 8. Not having two beds was a little uncomfortable because neither of us wanted to sleep on the pullout bed.

Attentiveness of the staff. This hotel is great for family travel. The room had a kitchenette and plenty of space for us to spread out. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Big room andgreat breakfast. Outside door did not seem very secure, felt a litle uneasy. Nice staff, a little hard to find, but overall a pleasant stay.

Clean room and quiet. Would have like 2 beds instead of 1 bed and 1 pullout. Quieter than the last time we stayed there. We were closer to the interstate and heard the truck noise all night.
Date of Stay:

Backs up to highway, somewhat noisy, although air conditioner drowns out noise inside room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice room layout. Convenient location.
