Our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Wilmington was very enjoyable. We felt as if we were in our own apartment. When we told the front desk that children were running around in the room above us, they upgraded our room to a two-room suite! Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was a nice treat too. It would be nice if in-room movies, games or a DVD player were available.

The staff was great! The cocktail hour and breakfast were fabulous! I could here my neighbors door slam, but he was prone to be loud. The cottage like feel, and the separate buildings were quaint. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were very clean and amendable. The free popcorn bag in the room was great! The entire room felt like a suite and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The candy was a nice touch too.

Clean, comfortable, great amenities, fireplace, and spacious. This hotel was wonderful! A very spacious room, comfortable beds, refrigerator, stove, and everything you could need in the cabinets. The room was spotless except for just a tiny bit of mildew on the shower curtain, but really, that doesn't matter. Everything was in perfect working order and great condition. Both people we encountered at the desk were very polite and helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Felt like a studio apartment. The hotel has more of an apartment complex feel and the suite was fully outfitted with everything you could want - reminded me of being in a studio apartment. The staff was very friendly with suggestions for local restaurants and attractions and even found and printed directions for us.

Easy on/easy off I95. Musky odor/mold. Room was good for a family of 5 and extended stays because of the kitchen. Complimentary breakfast was good. Terrible musty odor-mold which is a big turn-off.

Friendly front desk and good breakfast. Did not feel safe in the room. Noisy and unsure if sheets were clean. Spacious but I did not need the space. I felt unsafe because is a residence and you go to the room with your car. Room door did not lock well.

The rooms were GREAT and we didn't have to climb steps. Breakfast closed at 9:00 am instead of 10:00 am. Very nice, condo feel. The fireplace was great but we didn't see any wood. The room and kitchen was very spacious. Wished we could have stayed longer!

I like the complimentary breakfast and light social hours in the evenings. I really enjoyed my stay. The Hotel met all of my expectations and more. The room I had included a microwave, stove, refrigerator, fireplace and free internet access. All the comforts of home away from home.

The rooms are always presented well, front office staff friendly. Why do they keep that miserable woman that works the breakfast? She is about as nasty and crusty as. We've stayed a number of times at this hotel and always found it consistent: rooms clean and nicely presented, front office staff friendly and accommodating, breakfast yummy. Hotel is easily accessible off highway, plenty of shopping surrounds.
