The decor. Breakfast was awful. Jacuzzi out of order. Although this was an attractive, nicely furnished, clean hotel, we were disappointed by the breakfast. Most of the food was processed, fake-tasting, and filled with artificial food coloring. Even the scrambled eggs tasted like they came out of a box or were some kind of egg substitute. We were also disappointed that the Jacuzzi was out of order.

Very accommodating, friendly staff. Rooms could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Excellent hotel for the money. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Hotel staff wasvery accommodating and friendly.

Great for long term stay. The walls are paper thin and the coffee is warm. I've been here for a few months and am very happy with the staff and the surroundings. One of the best Best Westerns I've ever stayed in.

Clean, very good breakfast, spacious, bed is comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Especially convenient if you are staying for a few days.

Clean, new, nice sheets, and very quiet room. My husband slipped in the very slippery bathtub and fell out on the floor hurting himself. Hotel was clean, very well kept and the room and all it's components were new. Everything was great, except for the very slippery bathtub, which my husband fell in due to no treads on the tub.

Free breakfast withmany choices. Located next to shopping and just off the interstate highway, make this hotel easy to find with many conveniences nearby. Exceptionally clean hotel with friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beds were very comfortable. Fitness room only had 2 treadmills and 1 exercise bike. Over very satisfied. Rooms are slightly outdated. Staff is very friendly.

The room was attractive in its simple decor. Cold pool, cold room, cold Jacuzzi -- complained, not solved. Sweet people staffing the place. Generally clean. However, I had hoped to swim in the pool (very cold) and sit in the Jacuzzi (very cold). Also the room was cold. Disappointed.

The room was spacious, extra blanket & pillows that we didn't have to ask for. Very comfy. The iron needs to be replaced; it leaked water all over the clothes I tried to press. The hotel was very accommodating, staff extremely helpful, and the room very comfortable for 2 people staying, the large tub was just what was needed after the long drive from Maine. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next morning before leaving. I would definitely stay here again if I come down to this area again. Thank you.

The cleanliness and the friendliness of the entire staff. The breakfast was much better than I expected. Everything was great, no negatives. The hotel was the best we have stayed in that area of New England. The people were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was spotless. We will be using it again in our travels.

Good staff easy access clean. Staff helped us get in room early to dress for a wedding. The rooms were much bigger than I expected and did not stay long enough to appreciate it better.

It was spacious and well worth the money. We liked everything about it. It could have had the ice maker going. It was a very pleasant experience. We wished we had booked it for the three days that we were in town.
