At breakfast, the dining area was understaffed and ran out of food, apparently unprepared for the holiday weekend. The room, however, was wonderful... as we have always found Marriott's Residence Inns to be, and we love the hotel's accommodations and location.

Spacious rooms with lots of amenities. No guides or literature. Overall the hotel was great and would stay here again for sure.

Poor managment not only on the local level but also the marriott corp in general. our reservation where made 2 month in advance but the morning of our arrival we were notified that a group had extended their stay and the hotel could not accomidate our family reservations.I have never received such shoddy treatment from a customer service industry. This was not a tragic unforseen problem, this group just choose to extend their vacation they should have been asked to make alternate accomidations no myself and the other 4 families that had valid confirmations of our stays

Wonderful accommodations, with jacuzzi, kitchenette, living room area, beautiful! We wanted to stay AT the fox woods or Mohegan Sun casino, and had no way to back out of the deal once you located a hotel. The hotel was wonderful, and we thought it was a great deal for our price range! The problem was the location. We were trying to get something closer or even at Mohegan sun or Fox woods Casino, so we wouldn't have to drive away from the Casino. Once we locked in a price, we didn't understand that we had to lock in the location as well. We ended up staying at the hotel found for us, and was very happy with the hotel, but unhappy we had to travel away from the casino.

Lots of space to spread out! We thought the jacuzzi tub was broken due to missing knob, found out on the last night it wasn't. We had a great time, will be doing priceline again! The hotel was almost half off! Close to the aquarium and a short drive to all the attractions. The only minuses were lots of children being annoying and crowding the free breakfast bar.

The room was large and comfortable. The pool was very small, and too cold to swim in. This is a great hotel for family getaways and those traveling with their pets. We were very pleased with our room. The pool however was not up to par. The indoor pool was about 65 degrees and too cold to swim in, the hot tub was around 85 degrees and while okay to sit in for awhile it too was cold.

I liked the room very much. The furniture, comfort, layout, and size was perfect! The staff helping with the complimentary breakfast were a little aggravated with trying to help people. Slightly rude. This hotel was a great experience. The front desk staff was helpful with everything we asked. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked (hairdryer, coffee pot, etc) well.

Guest relations were very helpful. We found hair in the bathroom. The hotel was perfect for our needs. We also got a full hot breakfast!

Well-equipped for families, very nice staff, and good location. Very busy breakfast, run out of food, jets in hot tub not working. Nice when traveling with kids, not romantic or luxurious but comfortable and friendly environment. For dogs too. Good parking and very accommodating staff.

The staff at this hotel were very nice, kind and helpful. Nothing. The rooms were great and spacious. The staff were amazing. I was comfortable at this hotel from the moment I met the front desk person.
