The Residence Inn by Marriott was spacious and comfortable. The in room amenities, refrigerator, stove and kitchenware were more than expected. Even the sofa bed was large and comfortable.

Spacious rooms and easy access to the highway. Rooms on the highway side may be a bit loud from traffic. Rooms are located in small buildings, making it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. You have very few neighbors, and for a long term stay, this property will feel just like home.

This is an older, but nicely re-done place to stay. We really liked it. A full breakfast, too. I hope all Marriot extended stay places are as nice.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Generous room sizes, and close to highway. Breakfast was so-so.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect. My only complaint was the small size of the T.V. When we travel now, you see flat screens on the walls and I was shocked at the tiny T.V. and no movie channel. If they replaced the T.V.s the suite would be perfect.

Clean, quiet, easy Internet access, good breakfast.

Location andprice. Abit thread bare. Not bad. Room was clean. Breakfast was tasty. Recommended.

It was great and over exceeded my expectations. The only thing,I had a problem with, was a hair in my breakfast food. This hotel was great.I definitely would go again. The staff is nice and they perform extra duties like going grocery shopping for you.

Room setup and ability to use full gym at planet fitness/ friendly staff. Bathroom cramped. Over-all very good experience - location was excellent and gym availability was very pleasant.

Clean and had everything needed. The bed wasn't the greatest.

Well worth it for price, clean and pleasant environment. Had to switch rooms due to air conditioner not operable.

The Residence Inn in Mintgomery was a pleasant stay for the short time I was there. It provided all of the comforts of home in an inviting environment. Clean and comfortable.

The room was big, lots of space. Next time, I'll use the kitchen. My stay was more than I expected. I really enjoyed the room, lots of space to move around. I would like to stay there again. There was a guard at the front door, no one could just walk in, you had to go down and meet them at the door. Felt safe during the night.
Date of Stay:

The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was great. Everything was great. It was the first time that I ever stayed at this Hotel and from here on out when I visit Montgomery, I am staying here.

The studio layout of the room. Very uncomfortable bed, no extra blankets. This hotel was not up to the standards. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets available. The room was damaged in the bathroom and in the kitchenette and was taped up to prevent further damage around the corners of the walls.
Date of Stay:

Nice (relatively large) room, plenty ofTV channels, quiet stay. It was a nice room. I thought that the breakfast (in the gate house) ended at 9:30 am, but it actually ended at 9:00 am. When I arrived there at 9:10 am to eat, they left some of it out for me (instead of continuing to remove it from the area).
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
Very clean - staff wasvery helpful and friendly - parking wasconvenient to room. Furnishings weregood, but not exceptional in any way. This hotel, although not grand, was nice, spotlessly clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good - including scrambled eggs and sausage, along with waffles and the standard cereals, etc. The rooms are small efficiency apartments which gives a guest great flexibility in planning meals. Altogether, a great experience.

Good location. Desperately in need of new mattresses, they are old and very uncomfortable. The room was nice for the price, except the bed. For a 3-star I would expect a comfortable bed, it was old and hard. Besides the uncomfortable bed, the room was nice.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
Rooms were large. Side walk to clubhouse and pool needed better drainage.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Clean rooms, quick check in. safe parking lot. You might want to consider updating bathroom wallpaper Been staying here for years. Manager does a great job. Just a very reliable hotel every time.
