Date of Stay: June, 2009

The room was very nice and large and very well equipped. The only problem we had was that the breakfast bar was horrible, they ran out of many things on the first morning we were there, and the second morning was even worse, you couldn't get anything to drink; they were out of orange juice, apple juice and milk. The only drink they had was a pitcher of melted ice. They also ran out of sausage, eggs, and tortillas. The other thing that was terrible about the hotel was when we went to breakfast the first morning, when we came back, we saw housekeeping making their rounds on the first floor (where we were located); when we got back to our room at 3pm our room still wasn't serviced. We called the front desk and they said that they can take up to 3pm to finish things, and that they should be coming. At 4pm we finally got worried that we wouldn't get clean towels so we had to call again and they finally sent someone to do the cleaning, however, how uncomfortable is it to have someone cleaning your room while the whole family is there... The nice thing that they did, though, was credit us one night because of all the bad service we got, which was very very nice of them. So, that was their saving grace. We've always had good service with this particular hotel chain, we're not sure why this one was somewhat bad.

I was in Mobile to do a little work and have a lot of fun. Having stayed at the Mobile Residence Inn previously I know that it would meet my needs. I had friends in town and having the living and kitchen area gave us plenty of room to get together and visit. I always enjoy the breakfast- what a great way to start the day. The hotel's location could not be any better - it is in the center of everything.

Had tennis court, basketball court, and pool. Right next to interstate. Apartment-style room with full kitchen and living area. The hotel grounds had everything needed, including tennis court, basketball goal, pool, and laundry room. Was a great place to stay, especially if you are staying an extended time.

Everything, the southern hospitality and breakfast. That we had to leave. Great, wonderful, comfy beds, large rooms, staff was very friendly, enjoyed the breakfast and snacks provided and the use of the internet business center.

Breakfast scheduled at 6:30 am, not avail until 7:00 am due to oven malfunction. The hotel was no where near capacity as there were only approximately 25 cars in the parking lot when we arrived at 9:30 pm and left at 7:30 am. Not what I am accustomed to at Marriott properties.

The room was clean and spacious. It reminded us of a small apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. We will definitely stay at a Residence Inn again!

Breakfast was good. Breakfast room was extremely dirty. No napkins. No public sitting area. The room was a suite with sitting area and kitchen. Very comfortable. Staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good, but the breakfast room was very dirty.

The hot tub. Fridge was set on max - froze our food! Good hotel. Fridge was set on max and froze our food, so you need to check that before putting food in. Room was clean and cleaning staff did a good job. Front desk could have been more friendly but they were not rude. Love the shower - tons of pressure.

Friendly staff, nice size room. Room was not fully clean and TV was blaring when we opened the door. It was OK, but had to complain about dirty dishes in dishwasher and trash found in room.
