Everything was fresh & clean. The clerk at the front desk was friendly & professional. The room was spotless & very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast included eggs & sausage, potatoes, waffles & there were people working there to keep food supplied & keep the area neat.

Very clean, comfortable, free internet and breakfast (which I didn't know when I booked), and special evening events- one night there was a cook out. Overall enjoyable experience.

Great location. Ample kitchen space. Front desk help wasn't the nicest woman you'll ever meet. Our room had a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was very spacious. Although there was a flat screen TV, it wasn't hooked up for HD. Outside of theTV (which I wasn't there for), it was a great deal.

Best Residence Inn we have stayed at! Rooms was very nice and well planned, included a flat screen TV. Bed was very comfortable with a great mattress. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Soft, comfortable beds and pillows; LCD TV's in every room. Complimentary breakfast was varied, but could use more flavor. Nice, clean and convenient.

Very friendly staff - quick to respond. Extremely hard to find. Not in South Bend, IN. Comfortable. Family friendly for local events. Difficult to locate - off main street - limited signage on main route.

More granite than Mt. Rushmore. Noisy door slamming due to poor maintenance. The room was beautiful with new decorations and lots of granite counter tops, tables, desks; however, it shook every time someone down the hall opened the door. All the rooms had door closers that shook the walls - very poor design or maintenance. Lovely lobby with lots of nooks and crannies for leisurely gatherings. Best free breakfast I ever had in a hotel - eggs, sausage, potatoes and several hot items and all the usual continental breakfast items. It appeared unlikely they would run out of food, as they do at most hotels. Less than 4 miles from the freeway and easy to access, if you knew where the hotel was. Lots of restaurants, shopping nearby. Fully stocked kitchen, with 2 burners, freezer and refrigerator.

My every need, both business & leisure, was anticipated & met. I wished it had a Keurig coffeemaker in the room. This is my new favorite hotel: spacious room with every amenity really felt like my home away from home. There were neat storage spaces everywhere - even a drawer for toiletries in the bathroom. The 42" flat screen TV had all my favorite channels and swiveled easily toward the living room or the king-size super comfy bed.

Amazing quality room. Nice central shopping location. Contact allergy to carpet. Possibly latex in padding.

Non-smoking rooms were actually rooms that have not-been-smoked-in. The television swivel was very counter-intuitive, room layout was strange. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the Residence Inn in Mishawaka. The room was clean and well kept, and all the amenities worked. I found a spider in my room, but no other signs of uncleanliness. One disturbing note was when I asked the front desk about the usage of their safe-deposit box for my valuables, I was told that the hotel was equipped with Wi-Fi internet. This did not encourage me to leave my things in my hotel room.

Quality furnishings and the employees all acted like they were an owner of the hotel. A brand new and well thought out hotel. Everything was high quality and the people all seemed to enjoy providing their customers with top service.

I felt like it was home away from home. The doors slam too loudly. Being able to stay in a Residence Inn was like home away from home. I love the coziness of the rooms and the excellent breakfast (not just waffles and cereal). I was very comfortable and relaxed.
