Excellent customer service. Very nice to receive call shortly after check - in assuring we had what we needed. Assigned to end room and heard loud traffic noise from 4 - lane just outside hotel.

We had 6 people in one if the 2 room suites and still had room to roam... Beds were the soft and had quality linens. 3 25"" tvs central air no window units like normal. not really a budget hotel. Had an awesome breakfast buffet that offset the price of the room because we only ate out for lunch and we cooked some dinners in the full kitchen.

The ladies over the breakfast buffet was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for its beautiful surroundings, it was easy to reach from I-95, the hotel was beautiful and, the bed was very comfortable with the thick mattress. I really loved the hotel with all of its conveniences, I felt at home.

We liked having a refrigerator, stove, and microwave in our room. The drains in the bathtub and sink worked very slowly. We liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Had everything you needed in a hotel and very spacious. They changed time of breakfast and didn't inform us. Good location and very convenient to all tourist sites. The hotel was spacious and staff were very helpful. Better than I expected had a fridge stove microwave and sink.

Clean. Jacuzzi/hot tub not hot and low water. Long drive from interstate, good hotel if you need to stay in the midtown area. But not good location for travelers getting in late and leaving early.

The staff was very friendly. The room was excellent and well appointed. You have Pepsi instead of Coke products. My friend and I were in town for just one night. The hotel was wonderful. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and you cannot beat the delicious full breakfast we had the following morning. It was perfectly situated to everywhere we needed to go.

Plumbing was very bad in the tub. Some electric outlet was not working in the kitchen. I liked it. I have read very good recommendations about Residence Inn overall, therefore, I had high expectations about this location. I slightly disappointed with this location because of the plumbing problem.

Every staff member we met was wonderful! They were all so nice and accommodating. It was a little farther from I-95 than I'd expected, but still near many great restaurants/shops. Everything was great! The service was above and beyond, the atmosphere was lovely, and the amenities were wonderful! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff very friendly. Stayed on 2nd. Floor and could hear walking above. Upon arriving, checked in very promptly, room in great shape. Breakfast was great. No complaints.

Size of suite. Staff. We left an article of clothing behind and upon realizing it I phoned the hotel. It took 5 phone calls, with some unconcerned people, to finally speak with Sandra. She found the clothing in 10 minutes and mailed it the same day. If she hadn't been there I am certain no one else would have cared.

Staff very nice, room well equipped for comfort. Location not as close to downtown as I¿d expected. Hotel really works to make you comfortable, from the free drinks and light fare in the evening to the free, extensive breakfast in the morning. Staff very friendly, room well stocked to meet your needs, clean, comfortable. Would recommend this hotel!

The room was very comfortable, plenty of room, bed was very comfortable, staff very courteous, friendly & helpful. There was nothing we didn't like. I like the residence inn because it has a couch & chair, kitchen with ice available right there in the room, a very comfortable mattress. The staff was very courteous, friendly & helpful. The breakfast every morning was very good with a variety of hot or cold food. The room was clean as well as the lobby. It was also conveniently located. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Like a small apartment, super friendly staff. A bit far from downtown. Very nice hotel suited for business travel or travelers wanting more than just a bed. Comfortable suite with Internet access. Nice breakfast included.
