My wife and I love to travel, and recently stayed at the Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown. Everything from the rooms and amenities, to the service made the Residence Inn Midtown a must stay hotel. The Suite had comfort down, and came with a kitchen and they can do the shopping for you. So my wife and I went to see Midtown Atlanta since everything is walking distance from the hotel, placed a grocery order and when we got back it was in the room for us, and we enjoyed a home cooked meal in our hotel room. The next morning we tried the complimentary hot breakfast buffet and it was delicious with all my breakfast favorites there, I ate so much that the bed started calling me again. The hospitality hour was the best part in my opinion, complimentary cocktails and snacks in the Hearth Room, is extremely comfortable with a TV, free pool table, and sofas it’s a relaxing atmosphere. When you've been running around all day it's the perfect way to unwind and prepare for the rest of the night. There also a lot to see, so you will never run out of things to do. This hotel gets two thumbs up in my book, if you coming to Atlanta the Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown is a must stay.

The staff went out of their way to be exceptionally nice and kind to us! No parking was provided by this hotel and we were not notified about this in advance! This hotel wasvery clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all the comforts of home, from a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, even a walk-in closet. The bed was so comfortable and we had free HBO. We also had a full hot breakfast provided free of charge. This place was by far a wonderful place to stay. The only negative I could find about this hotel was no free parking. Still it was worth it!

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. I requested a handicapped room and that request was granted. While we didn't utilize the full kitchen, it was still nice to have a refridgerator. The room, the kitchen, the bathroom and all supplied utencils were sparkling clean. From front desk to general staff, everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. One of the very best perks this hotel offered was the delicious, hot breakfasts each morning. The food was hot, well prepared and there was also a variety of cold foods, sweet rolls and fruit. The staff worked hard to keep the buffet well stocked. The location of the hotel--within walking distance of the High Museum, really appealed to me. We received terrific value for the price we paid for the room, but we felt the parking fee was too high. I realize that the parking was probably provided by a sub contractor, but still the fee was high. Here again, however, staff who served us was most helpful.

The room was quite large with a full kitchen (frig, 2 burners, dishwasher, microwave & includes dishes & detergent). All the comforts of home. The room has excellent quality bedding & a nice bathroom, both were very clean. Hotel offers a complimentary hot breakfast & a Starbucks is located next door for those interested. The only negatives of this hotel were a very unfriendly & unwelcoming staff & the parking ( a day). Ended up parking on the side street for free on the weekends.

Friendly and helpful staff made the stay great. Great location! Parking was expensive and difficult to access. No self parking. The hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. Rooms were clean and had a great set up for families or the business traveler. There is a small kitchen with eating area and separate desk and workspace. Also had couch/hide-a-bed. The staff was wonderful! Friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Eager to help make our stay in Atlanta fun.

The convenient location to shopping and free transportation to shopping. Strong carpet cleaning smell in hall.

Room was comfortable, service was friendly and promp, location could not be better. To charge a guest to park their car is ridiculous! Especially the high price for parking. The hotel is well cared for and staffed with servers who aim to please the guest. The room was very comfortable and clean; I only wish I had a better view of the city from my room. The price for parking was heavy, especially to charge a guest of the hotel.

Excellent staff, location and wireless connection; clean, and discrete. The fitness center needs more than dumbbells for a good workout.

Room was very nice. $21 per night for parking was outrageous. Nice location and nice hotel. Lobby and rooms were quite nice. Breakfast area was nice as well. The only parking available was the $21 valet parking.

Free breakfast and big TV in the bedroom. Didn't know parking cost $21/day! It's expensive! Parking cost $21/day. However, internet and breakfast were free. Internet wasn't really fast, but acceptable. Breakfast choices weren't bad.

Very friendly and courteous staff. No complaints. The hotel was easy to find and parking was available at rates specific to your needs (hourly or valet overnight). Staff was great with services, cleanliness, and complimentary refreshment time. Will definitely stay again in visiting the museum, center stage theater, and restaurants downtown.

The price. Parking is too expensive. This is a great hotel for the price in an area where most hotels are expensive.
