The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. I love the spacious suites. It is great when you have a family. I also love the extra stuff they do for you as a guest. The social events and the hot buffet breakfast.

Everything was clean and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the fact that we could eat from real dishes and not from plastic.

I have to start off by saying the Staff was pheneomenal and extreemly helpful. My wife and I had to attend a funeral and the hotel staff really helped us out. The hotel room was super clean and the breakfast was wonderful and filling, as well as the social hour. Loved the pretzels and nachos. would recommend this hotel anyday of the week.

Very good hotel for the rate. I've always had good experiences at Residence Inns. Swimming pool was out of service.

The hotel staff was so friendly; made our stay so much more enjoyable. We were in town visiting an old friend and didn't have much planned but the front desk was very knowledge of of the area and gave us lots of suggestions to keep us entertained. I never realize there was so much to do in Mesa. The free breakfast in the morning was also an added bonus. We will definitely be going back there again next year.

Pool was out of service and we were on a vacation getaway. Good but very disappointed with no pool.

The staff at the Residence Inn was fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time and finding our way around town. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is less than a mile from the 60 which was easy access to the all of things we wanted to do like the PHX Zoo and Botanical Gardens, which of course X at the front desk helped us to print directions to and from. We have already booked our next trip to Phoenix and you can bet on where we are staying.

Staff was excellent, all conveniences available, I would definitely stay there for an extended stay.

It was clean and the room was very nice. The swimming pool was too small. It was quite late when we checked in and the night person on staff was not very polite. It was a horrible experience. We needed two double beds as there was 4 of us. They didn't have any available and so he gave us a queen with a pull-out couch. I asked for a hide-a-bed and he said they didn't have any. I asked for some extra bedding so one of the boys could sleep on the floor. He huffed off and returned with 2 blankets, sheets and 2 pillows, and then threw them on the counter. I was appalled and tried very hard to control my feelings. I was by myself checking in, so it became a very frustrating experience as I tried to carry everything out to the car. Although it was a very nice hotel, I don't think we really want to stay there again and probably won't recommend it to anyone.

Spacious rooms. It was fine. The hotel was great and relaxing.

It was very clean and attractive. We ask for two beds and we got one queen size bed, which was not really comfortable. The location is very good to shopping and good restaurants and easy to get to other locations we wanted.

The staff. They were amazing, very helpful and exceptional. They had internet hook up but their wireless was off and on. It was good, met my needs and will probably stay there again!

Convenient location to my daughter's house for holiday. Key for entry throughout hotel. It was like some prison. It was a very good facility. I would have preferred a larger dining room. It was very crowded between 8 AM - 9 AM. Too many noisy children.

The friendly staff. No king beds. Very friendly staff that went out of their way to accommodate any request. The rooms were very clean. Only wish that they had king beds.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Nothing. The room we had had a very nice queen bed and a full kitchen. It had a nice couch with a TV that turned so it could be viewed from the couch or the bed. The free breakfast got you off to a great day.

I liked the cleanliness, the amenities offered, the kitchen space, the soft bed and the soft carpet!! No complaints. This hotel has excellent location, just off Alma School Rd., a major thoroughfare and I 60. The fiesta Mall and several good restaurants are right across the street. The hotel is immaculate, has many amenities with a kitchen included and rates very well. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler!

Location, kitchen comp. Breakfast and evening meal. No shuttle service to airport. I would come back and refer friends. We come every year with a baseball team and would love to get a good group rate for about 12 rooms quoted. They have been using The Dobson Ranch and are no longer happy with them.
