Top notch facility. The best staff we've ever encountered. Air conditioner leaking water into carpet; resolved quickly with an upgrade! Great location right off highway 75; felt very safe and secure. The front desk person bent over backward to fix air conditioner issue leaking water into carpet: upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite without us asking. Breakfast buffet was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. The rooms looked brand new with the best furnishings we have ever seen.

Very updated and new. Our room was top notch from the marble counter tops to the full kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The full breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only complaint and I don't have many, would be I could hear some traffic noise from the highway in the early morning. The front desk person brought us extra towels and a pack in play for our little one immediately. The pull out sofa had never been used and the room was beautifully decorated. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The new decor is astounding and very comfortable! The hotel is in renovation mode, but the staff made sure we were comfortable. We are recommending it to our friends who may be in Macon. Good choice of furnishings and colors!

Quality furniture, fabulous decorations, granite counter tops. The layout of the room was perfect. I would love to stay here again. Construction began around 9:00 am and it was loud. Also, the maids were very loud in the hallways. I stayed in the studio room with my husband and we were extremely impressed with the layout of the room, the quality of the furniture, and the decorations. We even took pictures so we can get ideas on how to decorate our house. Our kitchen and bathroom had granite counter tops. We were super impressed right when we walked in to the unit. Also, there is a free hot breakfast in the morning.

They are in the process of renovating their rooms. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, thin mattress. This is a nice, clean hotel in a good location. They are in the process of renovating their rooms, but we did not get a renovated room. Our bed was terribly uncomfortable because the mattress was so thin. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

Soap and key card from previous guest was still in room. Soap and key card were still in room from previous guests. Bed was made but were the sheets changed? Open bag of ice was in the refrigerator from previous guest also. Notified employee and she said that should never happen but that they were very busy? I have no desire to return to this hotel. My complaint was met with an oh well attitude. Additional TV in bedroom was a nice benefit.

It's location, and friendly staff. Room wasn't clean, and had a strong, bad smell. About to undergo renovation. Very friendly staff, but the room I got wasn't clean, the sheets on the convertible couch were still on it and dirty, and the room had a strong bad odor. When I asked about it, they gave me a spray can of deodorizer.
