Our stay was great!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and the staff who worked with it were friendly and warm and made me feel at home. The front desk staff was friendly and very accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was great also. It is in a fantastic location-near malls and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay at your hotel.

Good breakfast buffet. The bed was old - sagging mattress. Typical of a Residence Inn - clean comfortable room, good breakfast. A little bit old, but OK.

the room was not a 2 bedroom suite as ""advertised"" was actually a ""studio"" townhouse, but was clean safe comfortable but NOT 2 bedrooms!

Staff was great. Rooms are in need of updating. And basic repair.

Full kitchen was a plus, we were not expecting that. I would stay here again anytime. It was an excellent hotel for any occasion.

Exceeded our expectations. The ethernet connection was very easy to use. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The free breakfast was outstanding. Waffles, sausage, eggs, potatoes, and more.laundry facilities as well. I would reccomend this place to anyone in the area. Excellent location, close to the interstate and lots to do close by.

Clean, good location, and quiet. Good quiet location with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable rooms with mini-kitchen. included free self-serve breakfast which was very good, lots of selection from cold cereal to scrambled eggs and sausage. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Spacious Room. One bar of soap opened,No shampoo only conditioner. Very sloppy housekeeping makes you feel uncomfortable.

The hotel outdoor property was well kept. The room was not very clean.

Location. The beds were broken down and uncomfortable. Hotel appears to be a converted apartment complex with a convenient location off of highway 280. Our room had a single queen size bed which had seen better days. Noise from apartment above.

It was very roomy and even like having a small apartment to yourself The main bed could have used an additional blanket We were very surprised by this hotel in a good way. The whole place looks like a small apartment complex. There wasn't a lot of noise or foot traffic, and felt more secure and upscale than a usual motel with exterior doors. The kitchen area was clean and worked well, and the desk space had pleanty of work room and several outlets. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was concerned about having a king bed and fold out couch, but our children enjoyed it and said the fold out was actually very comfortable. I was also pleased by the pillows they provided. The bed had several more pillows than you would normally see and they were a good quality.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We had to ask for toilet paper, sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa 2 times and finally had walk across the parking lot and go to the office to get them ourselves. There was suppose to be free Internet but no cord to connect to. When we called the office about this they said they could not help us because the maintenance person had left for the day and the cords were locked up.

This is an older Residence Inn and it shows in the condition of the rooms and surroundings. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was above average.

The kitchen facility and the breakfast. No fold out bed and we could hear the guest upstairs walking around. The soundproofing needs work. A good place to stay for an extended trip, but make sure you stay on the upper floor.

It was roomy. It was very old and not what we expected for a 3 star level hotel. This was a very old Residence Inn. It was in need of updating. Not what we expected for a 3 star level hotel. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice breakfast, nice checkin area. Noisy, squeaky floors - woke us up during the night. Overall, the property looks nice, considering its age. The only problem, and it is a big one, is that the floors/ceilings were not designed/constructed with sound insulation in mind. We could hear every footstep in the room above ours. And with every footstep, the floor also squeaked loudly.

It was a great place to stay, it had everything that I need as far as the kitchen. It even had a cork screw. I will stay there again. Then staff was great in every way. I brought my grandaughter to the property and she loved it. We felt safe and that was the main thing. Like I said I will be staying there quite often because I have grand children in the area.

Location was nice and I loved having the kitchen with microwave and fridge. The rooms weren't as nice as I thought. It wasn't as clean as it could be. I found dog mess under the chair.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
I loved the included breakfast and overall square feet of room. It was a little rundown and dark outside.
