I've stayed at the Residence Inn only one time before - over 10 years ago - and it was just as good this time as it was the last time. I will definitely stay there again.

Room was well-equipped and spacious. No wireless internet in room. Wireless internet was available in the lobby, and wired in the personal quarters. The complimentary food was good and the personnel friendly and helpful. Check-out time was 1 hour later than at some hotels, which was more convenient.

My sister and I were visiting from opposite coasts. We joined our Mom and other sister to have a 'girls night out' pajama party. We talked until 2am. Mom loved the fireplace. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for what we needed. There was always someone at the front desk to assist when we needed food or drinks. Breakfast was hot and we had many choices. When we noticed the egg bin was almost empty, they brought out a fresh bin and served us at our table. We had a great experience and will go back!

Reception area and people welcoming; staff in breakfast are friendly and helpful. Key did no work in nearest outside door. Staff was informed. Friendly atmosphere in adequate plus facility highly recommended to family and business travelers.

Front desk staff very helpful with broken TV. Very comfortable and clean. When TV did not work, staff opened another unit across the hall so we could watch a movie. Very polite and helpful staff.

The decor of the room and the breakfast! There isn't anything I disliked about the hotel. It completely met and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great and the staff was superb!

The cleanliness and the staff where incredible. There was nothing not to like. The experience was like being in a 4 star hotel. All kinds of extras where provided. We extended our stay by 2 more nights. The Hotel clerk was exceptionally helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff, location, newness, amenities, spa like feeling. ThatI couldn't get this location for a couple of nights so we had to move locations. This hotel was a very pleasant stay and was a great location! The staff was more than accommodating and very helpful! I love the newness of it and it was very convenient to our place of business.

Location. Not willing to upgrade to double beds. Overall hotel was great. Was not able to upgrade, did offer rollaway. All rooms were suites. Great location, close to many restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance.
