my husband was there for a class and the rest of us goofed around and hung out. very comfortable and enough space to relax. breakfast was convenient and included hot and cold items. the rooms were well kept and clean, and the beds were actually very comfortable. the location was right off of a main highway. we enjoyed the inside pool (which was a bit cold) and hot tub. the staff was very kind and helpful. we would stay again and again.

The most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. There is nofire place. Absolutely perfect minus the fire place. If the fire place had been there we would never have left.

This was a 3rd night on a 4 day family trip. Two days at Sesame Place outside of Philly, then onto to Hershey. We have 2 1/2 yr-old triplets. Our 1st 2 nights we stayed in a business suite that had a partial wall separating the suite from the beds. We thought this would be enough to keep the kids from getting out of bed, but we were sorely mistaken. A short drive to Hershey and with nerves on end, we checked into the Residence Inn and the room was breathtaking. With a family of 5, we had to stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was pricey at for the night, but it was so worth it having a separate bedroom for the kids. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen or living room, but that king size bed was great. Finally, the hot breakfast was fabulous. French toast, sausage, waffles, eggs, home fries, cereal, fruit, danish, breads, oatmeal--it was all delicious. The staff was superb and let the kids kick around a basketball on the court to blow off energy before our 6 hour car ride home. Absolutely great!

This hotel has two pools... one is indoors and the other is outdoors. Both pools are 3-5ft deep. Both pools offer complimentary towels. Both pool areas have hot tubs. Very clean hotel. Free complimentary breakfast. Free parking. Rooms are very nice. We had a two-bedroom loft (offering 2 queen size beds, double-sofabed, 2 bathrooms, 3 TV's, a full kitchen with all amentities). We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

we loved our stay here! The rooms look brand new, the pool is lovely, staff is super nice. Not as close to Hershey as would have liked but would stay again in a heartbeat!
