Residence Inn at Carlisle was a very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff members were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed Friday and Saturday, so the manager's cocktail hour was not available. The room was a good size with a full kitchen (stove, full fridge, microwave and dishwasher). We were in the area for Dickinson Law School graduation, and Carlisle was only down the road.

Very clean inside and out! Awesome place. Nothing bad at all.

It was a very pleasant and friendly hotel. I will recommend it to anyone. This hotel was very clean. The staff and all who worked there were very friendly and people & pet oriented. I was very satisfied with the room and all the amenity that was offered.

Loved the suite atmosphere. Not enough room between foot of bed and dresser. Beautiful, clean and well set up. We were only there one night, but if you were there on an extended stay, the kitchen facilities were excellent.

It didn't smell like a hotel. It smelled like home. Pool on the cool side. We used this as our wedding night get away. We were very warmly greeted. A very friendly staff even at 1:30am. We were able to use the 24 hour hot tub. Nice to relax after a very hectic day and swimming towels already in pool area. Loved the fireplace in the room. And the staff left us a bottle of Champange very kind of them.

Space for everyone and clean! We loved that this hotel had a different sleeping area for the kids. My husband and I slept in the bedroom and the kids slept in the sofa bed. We were able to put them to bed at their regular time and watch a show in the other room. Most times we all have to go to sleep at the same time, which makes traveling harder.

Comfortable, relaxing and a home away from home. Coffee at breakfast was brewed too strong for my taste. Family friendly with a very attentive and friendly staff. Very clean rooms and grounds that helps you relax after a day of traveling and/or business.

Updated rooms. Strong sewage smell at night that seeped into rooms. Beautiful rooms.

Very family friendly. Feather pillows. Very attractive comfortable hotel. We had a lovely room, enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and delicious, hot breakfast buffet. Our only complaint was the pillows. We had feather pillows, which do not give a level of comfort as we desire. When we asked for others, we were provided with some, but they were not any more comfortable than the ones we already had. We would love to stay at a hotel that has firm pillows for guests desiring such.

Clean, nicely appointed, helpful, friendly staff. No restaurant or cafe, very limitedlistings for local restaurants. Room even had a small kitchenette with full-size fridge, range top and microwave - would have been great for an extended stay (but was only there over night).

Very spacious, full kitchen was great, very clean. No on site dinning. Very clean, very friendly, great place for family of four (kids 9 and 1 year old). No on site dinning, but delivery to hotel was quick.

This hotel is fantastic! Love the 24/7 market. It's just like being at home. Nothing - weloved this hotel. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable and you have virtually everything you can think of at your disposal. We loved our visit to this hotel and we will be staying there again next year.

The room had all the facilities that one needed. Elevator broke down the last day and there was no alternative but to come down the stairs. Hotel's abiance was very pleasing and their facilities was excellent. We had a late check in (close to midnight) and I was tired but was able to get a cup of coffee to refresh myself. Also one of the nights, my brother -in-law had to work through the night and he was able to do so in the common area without any problem.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, nice kitchen. Pillows. This is such a great place to stay. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. The staff are helpful. We especially liked the suite size rooms and the lobby area with fire place.

Convenient to highway; excellent breakfast. Clean, well-kept hotel directly adjacent to Disckinson School of Law - comfortable lobby, good-sized rooms with full kitchens, spacious bathrooms. Convenient to highway, excellent breakfast.

Building looked new, very clean, well setup room. Crack in bathroom ceiling, timer switch for whirlpool did not work. Hotel was aware of both issues but no concerned about switch. Comfortable and well appointed rooms, designed for the business traveler or anyone with a long term stay. Attentive and friendly staff.

The kitchen was nicely equipped and would function well. Too far from any good restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were nicely set up with services to care for people staying long term, such as grocery pick up. There were lots of choices for the self service breakfast that was included with the room.

Clean, friendly, with excellent service and facilities. Only had a breakfast buffet, but that buffet was great. Has excellent location with clean and bright accommodation throughout. There is an excellent continental breakfast and indoor heated pool. The security is good and the room service is above average. This is especially a great place for young families but can also suit those that need room for small family reunions and meetings.

Great rooms, very clean. The hotel is new. The room was large and very clean. The bed was great.
