The hotel is less than a ten minute walk to Boston's North End, which is a lively, colorful, restaurant-intensive neighborhood. The financial district is another ten to fifteen minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Try to get a room facing the water, as the rooms facing the city have bright spotlights that can be irritating. Breakfast is unremarkable but free.

Location. Bathroom counter was so small it was useless. Excellent location, short walk to the T station & North End. Nice rooms, but bathroom counter barely held a toothbrush and toothpaste - far too small. The hotel should install a shelf or at least hooks to hang something.

The full breakfast is a great value. It is within walking distance of the US Navy yard where the US Constitution is docked. It is in walking distance of Bunker Hill and the North side of Boston. We took the water taxi which is 1.70 to get to the center of town. Be careful because there are two water taxi companys. One for 1.70 and the other is 10.00. The one we took is next store to the US Navy Yard. Each morning we could hear the cannon go off at the Navy yard.

This hotel was in a great location - The water taxi delivered us right to the doorsteps. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. My only criticism is that the bathroom didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned...the bathtub still had residual hairs and such in it and the toilet was clogged. A call to the front desk got the situation corrected, but it did take about 30 mins before someone came. Other than this little mishap, I would recommend this hotel and would definately stay there again.

The full kitchen was wonderful and the room was spacious and clean. This was a fantastic place to stay. I wish I had been staying longer, since the full kitchen would have been wonderfully convenient. Parking was a little confusing, but worked out for the best in the end. The room was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The layout was nice for a couple, and would really lend itself to a single business traveler.

The hotel had decent breakfast and clean rooms. The parking arrangement was very poor, the staff was unfriendly and incapable of handling my problems. The manager is lazy.

The hotel was spacious and the staff very friendly. When we asked for an extra blanket we didn't get until the next day when I saw the cleaning lady with extras. My husband and I had a nice stay at the hotel. The room and facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.

Staff was very friendly; convenient stove/fridge in room. I was very displeased to find I had to pay for parking $32.00. Many hotels charge their patrons for parking apart from room charge; however, not all do and I had no expectation that I would have to pay daily to park my car. As a result, I wound up parking elsewhere to my great inconvenience. In the process of selecting a hotel, this needs to be mentioned. Huge inconvenience.

Located within walking distance of the North End of Boston, Quincy Market and Bunker Hill. Room had one double bed and sofa bed. Prefer Queen size or larger. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. Breakfast was included and was very good for a buffet. We would stay here again.

Convenient location. Not enough seating for breakfast. Very nice suites with separate bedroom and nice little efficiency kitchen. Good view of the Boston skyline. Staff was nice and helpful. Felt safe walking in the neighborhood. No shuttle service to a Metro stop.

Good value, friendly staff, quite. A little bit far from the T, especially in bad weather. This hotel is really good value, especially if you need to find a place to stay for an extended period of time. There is a kitchenette with fridge, cooking utensils, microwave and dishwasher. The hot breakfast buffet is decent and the staff were friendly and helpful.
