i can't tell you how please i was with the staff they went all out. my suite was very nice; and clean and comfortable.very good price. how ever the only thing i missed was a light over my bed. to read by at night.

The hotel manager, she was excellent and friendly. The breakfast could have been better. Offering something other than pork would have been nice. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious.Having the amenities was really nice. This gave us more freedom. My partner and Iam planning to return to this hotel! When I travel elsewhere, we will be looking for similar hotels.

The room set up had the comforts of home everything. Apartment style living, You could hear your neighbor walking over head. The desk had us confused with a youth group that was staying there. Overall the hotel was very nice, I will stay again in the event I will be in the area. Thanks!

Nice room, clean, quiet, nice kitchen and large bath. We had early morning departure times both mornings there, so weren't able to take advantage of the full breakfast which opened later on weekends. This hotel was very nice - more like an apartment than a hotel, which I liked.

Very nice rooms and very comfortable bed. This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were roomy and the very comfortable. The beds were really nice and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was great. The desk staff was nice. The manager! No A/C, No ice maker, very little hot water. Upon check-in, the room was nice. Soon after I found out my ice maker didn't work, I only had 10 minutes of hot water, and the A/C didn't work! I asked the desk to check these things, none were fixed and I was never offered the option to move to another room. I will never stay here again! The manager was also rude to me.

NA TV went out, tub was dirty, and Glendale is a prejudice area. Then all the channels did not come in. They ended up having to go to the store to get a new remote and program all the channels in to the TV by now I was checking out. I was granted a late checkout and 2 housekeepers entered my room without knocking. They did apologize however I was not decent for on of the incidents.

Excellent breakfast included in price. The exercise room was not cleaned the entire week. The dinner hour food provided by this hotel was among the worst I have ever had at a residence inn, but the breakfasts were among the best I have had at this type of motel. There were some cleaning issues; I mentioned the exercise room and there were dirty towels piled outside one of the buildings for two days - until I mentioned it to the front desk. The parking lot was a mini-disaster, but that was related to the remodeling that is going on, so it's likely only temporary.

Outstanding staff, wonderful room. I wish I could have figured out the fireplace. I enjoyed a first rate stay without great expense. Marriott properties are typically nice and this was not an exception.

Loved the fireplace - so cozy and perfect for the WI chilly nights. Our stay was perfect - everything from the hotel staff to the amenities exceeded our expectations - We will be back! Our stay was so enjoyable that we stayed an extra night! We found the hotel staff to very customer service oriented. They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable - we loved the cozy fireplace. We were impressed with all of the extra amenities and whenever we come back to Milwaukee, the Residence Inn in Glendale will be our hotel of choice. Thank you!

Size of suite, generous breakfast buffet. Open (to outdoors) staircases to suites. Excellent & pleasant staff. Oversize room/suite with full kitchen. Even had a working fireplace in the living area off the bedroom. Pleasantly surprised by the amenities.

Apartment style set up was convenient for business travel. Quality wasn't great, movies and in room internet did not work. We were happy with basically everything but the night staff was worthless. There was only one person working and she couldn't handle anything other than scheduling a wake up call. I would stay there again for the same price we paid.

Staff very helpful in rearranging room away from freeway noise. Nothing. Residence Inn clean, quiet (except for rooms too close to freeway), affordable, and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was the best motel breakfast I have had in many years of traveling.

Spacious rooms, squeaky clean, great complementary breakfast. Road construction at the entrance was an inconvenience. This is a great family place to stay, with a nice pool, lots of room in the room, and a wonderful complementary breakfast. It's convenient to downtown as well as Miller Park.
