I've stayed at this location twice now. There were little things that needed to be taken care of...a curtain with a torn hem, new shower curtain, dishes cleaned better. I had a studio with a fireplace. The staff was great. I was able to check in very early on the second visit. I was in back of the hotel and it was quiet most of the time. Plenty of restaurants in the area, as well as shopping. I ran around in socks during my stay and when I came home, they were just as white as when I left (I've had FILTHY socks at another hotel in the past!) Overall, I do highly recommend this property.

Private with easy access to parking. We had a two level suite that worked well for families with kids. Full kitchen was a plus.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've encountered! The room's ""little things"" need to be updated - closet door wouldn't stay shut, refrigerator made noise when the compressor was turning on/off, furnace was loud, room was nice, but felt a bit ""worn."" But the staff was delightful!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I was very happy with the condition the hotel was. I met my daughter for a weekend trip and we booked 2 rooms. I'm always concerned about the rooms we book not meeting our expatiations but we were very pleased with the rooms and staff.

We stayed there for New Year's eve because we didn't want to make the 40 mile drive home that evening especially with our kids. The lobby was very nice and the staff at registration were wonderful. They accommodated our requests for additional towels and blankets. This hotel was packed and parking was a slight problem. But we had a great nights sleep and never heard any outside noise. I would absolutly stay there again.

The rooms were great, the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks! The only problem we had was finding it, probably because of our original location and/or internet directions. We were very pleased with our stay at the St. Louis Galleria Residence Inn. The rooms were large, comfortable and perfect for what we needed for traveling with 2 small children. The staff was wonderful. The hot breakfast the next day was great as well with a great selection and something for everyone. We got a great deal on our room and would love to do it again!

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in early. I wished the showers had been bleached clean, but overall the rooms were very clean.

Very clean and wonderful staff. Pool area was small and as a result, very crowded. A good place when traveling with your family the Residence Inn was perfect with a small kitchen area for quick meals and the fold out sofa makes a good children's bed. The bed was comfortable and dressing area was somewhat private. The room was very, very clean and the daily maid service quick and complete. All the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. There is plenty of parking. Direct access to the hotel is limited due to the road construction, but once you learn your way around the detours it is located conveniently near shopping, food and attractions such as the Science Center and Zoo.
