Kitchenette. Blood on sheets for sofa bed. We overall had a comfortable stay; however, there was blood on the sheets when we pulled them out to make up the sofa bed. That was rather disturbing.

This hotel is very convenient to everything. Restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. Check in was quick and the rooms were large and clean. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. We went at different times on two days and it was always stocked and the staff went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. We would recommend it highly to anyone needing a place to stay in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Great location ,the condition of buildings was excellent, the breakfast bar was excellent, rooms very clean and maintained that way .Great Staff. I really have no complaints. Just a great place for a traveler to stay while in Fort Smith, Ark. The nightly rate was very good. I have stayed at other hotels in Fort Smith and this hotel is by far the best.

Clean, spacious, lot's of conveniences, good value. Pool was closed for winter. It did not have a heated pool. This was a nice, clean hotel. It was well worth paying a few dollars more than a traditional hotel room because it is more like an apartment. Free, hot, breakfast buffet, although not spectacular, was a nice perk and much better than most budget hotels.
