Close to highway and away from the Trains. Cheap mattresses on the pullout.

For the amount of money we paid, I was expecting something a little nicer. Kitchen looked dated. Refrigerator smelled. Pull out bed was uncomfortable.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
It was a peaceful room in a peaceful location. Lobby bathroom was a mess, so we had nothing to use after checkout. Compared to all the hotels that we passed close by, this was by far the most peaceful and pleasant looking place to stay.

Rooms are spacious; staff are helpful and friendly; continental breakfast and evening social hour made the rates worth it. I appreciated the near-full kitchen. Down comforters make the beds cozy. And very safe. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Excellent breakfast bar! Internet didn't work but they gave me a $25 gas card to make up for it. Comfortable studio with nice accommodations and an excellent breakfast bar! Quiet at night, too. Attentive staff.

The free breakfast was delicious, hearty and satisfying. I did not like the bathroom, because there was not bathtub, just a shower and floor. The kitchen was very nice and fully equipped for a longer stay. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but pillows nice. I would stay there again, but felt the price was a little high. If there had been two rooms, instead of sofa bed in same room as other bed, it would have been nicer.

Each room had its own private entrance from outside. This hotel was under renovations when I was there. Because this hotel was under renovations and there were approximately 10 parking spaces that were not available due to the fact that dumpster and construction materials were occupying these spot, I was unable to get a parking place. I was told by the front desk that because of this I was allowed to park parallel along the curb. The morning of my departure. I went to my car to load my bags, and found that someone had backed into my car. Of course the guilty party left no information either on my car or at the front office. Because of this my stay was disappointing. I will not stay at another hotel that does not provide me with adequate parking. I was willing to pay the little bit extra for a room on this trip because this hotel offered a hot continental breakfast, but in the long run, I am going to pay much more on repairs on my car than I would have ever saved on breakfast.

Excellent breakfast! Excellent location! Area where we stayed was under remodeling we had a lot of noise around. Nice location, clean room, excellent continental breakfast! Will visit again.

Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Due to a construction project, not enough parking. Good value for the money. Quiet, no train noise (a real plus for flagstaff). Comfortable, clean room, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The location was the best for Flagstaff. Other areas of the town were not so nice. They did not have joining rooms. Staff at check in was very nice and informative about the area and the Grand Canyon. Breakfast was above average! Rooms a much larger than traditional hotel. We had a great night.

Great continental breakfast, room was very nice. We wanted two beds but got one bed and a pull-out sofa which was not very comfortable. We were very impressed with this hotel.

The accommodations were just right. I know this sounds goofy but the lighting in the bath area is the only thing I did not care for. It wasn't bright enough. This hotel was perfect for what I needed.

The architecture was fabulous Nothing. If I was guaranteed to get this hotel everytime in Flagstaff, I'd be happy.
