The suite set up and the feeling of cleanliness. Water pressure in the shower was a little weak. Good value and comfortable place to stay near other places of business. I got my money's worth and would return for another stay.

Friendly staff, low rates through priceline, nice location. Found trash underneath the fold-out sofa bed. Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. Considerable clean. Convenient to have a kitchen in the room. Only problem I had was with finding trash/wrappers underneath the fold-out sofa bed. Need a little more attention to the details.

It was exceptionally clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extra helpful, very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was very well kept and the pool area was clean. Breakfast was good and there was enough variety to please everyone in the family. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend this hotel to others.

Large, spacious room. Absolutely nothing. Spring Hill had large, clean very nice rooms. Large, everything you would want breakfast.

Room was fine, and clean. Hallways and stairways were dirty and shabby. I was very concerned about the cleanliness of our room since the hallways were dirty and walls were shabby, but the room was clean and comfortable. Loved being able to open windows. Did not like pillow-top on mattress-too soft and too warm.

The morning staff was more hospitable than the night staff. When arriving at hotel, the woman at the desk made you feel like you were there for her. Of all the Residence Inn's I have stayed at, this was my least favorite. On a plus note, the am staff was extremely nice.

Internet was available, friendly, helpful staff, clean room, and comfortable. Parking was a little difficult later on, main drive sign broken at entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff as soon as you walk in. Nice welcome and eager to please. Willing to give directions to downtown with maps. Clean room with comfy bed. Fast internet and quiet setting. Smoke free which is great! I was very pleased. It was much nicer to me than the average rooms I've stayed in before.
