Residence Inn by Marriott Fair Lakes Fairfax was a very enjoyable experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious, and the amenities such as complimentary breakfast, hotel internet service, and washer/dryer access made the place a home away from home. Location was great: less than 10 mi. from Vienna Metro Station, numerous restaurants and shopping areas, and quick interstate access (I-66).

Hot breakfast buffet. Only single queen bed, not two doubles, very disappointed!

What a terrific experience! We have 2 AmStaff Terriers and we needed a place where we could stay with them. Our stay at this Residence Inn was beyond ideal. They were gracious, accomodating, efficient and overall amazing! I am looking forward to our next stay in a Residence Inn...it was just like home. Thanks Marriott!

We just came up for the weekend to catch a couple of games at the new National's stadium. We didn't really decide to go until Thursday night for a Fri/Sat stay. This was also the last weekend for the Cherry Blossom Festival and I didn't know what we would end up with. I was very pleased with our room. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, it was easy to find, and the extensive breakfast was just icing on the cake. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Rooms are very large. Easy access to several restaurants and shopping. Had to kill some kind of bug every night.

The hot breakfast was awesome. It was farther away from the metro and Washington dc than we wanted. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent. Perfect for families.

It just felt like home to me. I normally don't feel relaxed in hotels, but this was different. Nice. The location confused. I would definitely stay at a Residence any time. It was much better than the Embassy Suites I stayed at in center city Philadelphia, Pa. at almost triple the cost.

The desk was extremely helpful with dinner locations and fax. The hotel was designed for stays longer than one night although we were there only for one. The room was a studio with kitchen, double bed and pull out couch. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice breakfast and dinner and clean room. Very good hotel to take a trip to Washington D.C. with a whole family. All rooms are Non-smoking.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with everything you need for a longer stay. I wish they made breakfast available until 10:00 amrather than 9:00 am. It is roomy, clean and comfortable, items in the room are in good repair, the staff is friendly and they have a nice assortment of foods at their complimentary breakfast. The kitchenette is well equipped with dishes and utensils. It would be nice if it were a bit closer to the metro.

Excellent service from the staff; free internet, breakfast + light supper. Difficult to locate; small millipede found in the bathroom. I was impressed by the offerings at this hotel - free internet, computer access and printing, free breakfast and light supper. The only drawback was in first locating it, as my car GPS led me to a spot a few blocks away where the hotel was not visible. However, the staff was excellent in giving me directions by phone.

I was very please with my studio room. It exceeded my expectation.

Kitchen facilities in the room were handy. Bed was not very comfortable. Very friendly staff. I did not get a chance to use the morning breakfast that was available to us during our stay.

A relatively quiet hotel. Very good selection of eating establishments within walking distance (and the locale makes a stroll pleasant). Would like to try it in warmer weather when the patio and barbecue grill would be more useful.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. Nice hotel but hallway carpets looked a little faded. The staff was great; very helpful, willing to go above and beyond their regular duties (especially the employees at the front desk). The complimentary breakfast was good, hot food, etc. The exterior of the building looks great and is in a safe area, close to excellent shopping. The interior was clean, but seemed to be aging a bit.

Everything. This was a great experience. The hotel staff was most friendly, the breakfast great and we had a wonderful time.

The staff. NA. This is a great hotel. The rooms are outstanding, the staff was great. If you are traveling in this area skip searching and stay here, you will not be sorry. Shopping nearby, restaurants and so much more all near by and what a price. This chain has become my home away from home.

The one bedroom suite was very spacious and nicely decorated. There should be a shelf and also a hand grip in the tub area. We enjoyed the one bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a very large and tasty buffet.

Location, amenities and quality of the hotel. Each hotel room should have washer and dryer.

Very nice and pleasant staff. Could have done without the food poisoning at the free breakfast - so it goes! Located right off all major intersections in Northern Va., the hotel was convenient for business travelers with plenty of options for dining out. The staff is amazingly polite and ready to meet (and often times) exceed your needs!
