the only negative ...pool...kids were screaming and one family felt they owned the pool....

The kitchenette with all the amenities & the TV. Not enough blankets.

Decent place to stay but it is about 3/4 mile from the center of Durango, which is where all shops, restaurants and local attractions are located.The suite was large and was clean, included a kitchen and was, overall, a pretty good value for the money. Breakfast was included though there are better breakfast places in town(Jean-Pierre's). The hotel also includes appetizers and drinks in the evenings, but again, there are better places in town.

Very pleasant stay, above expectations in everything. Great ambiance, friendly, very well managed. Staff great. 4 great days and would like to visit there again.

Overall room appearance/comfort excellent. Breakfast a big plus. Hotel conveniently located to Fort Lewis College. Would definitetly have our entire soccer team stay here at next year's Durango Shootout Soccer Tournament. Staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. I highly reccomend everyone to stay at this hotel while visiting Durango.

Great location to Downtown and train station.

After driving 7 hours to find that they couldn't find our reservations and no rooms was a little frustrating to say the least. The person behind didn't know what they were doing. They ended up giving us a smelly smoking room when we had no other choice, because the town was full.The hotel is shoved up against a hill which is a shame no view. Durango is Beautiful.

Nicely decorated, friendly staff, nice setting, nice kitchen in the room - but not needed for us. Great for someone who needs a long stay. The mattress was hard. Other Marriott's have mattresses that feel like sleeping on a cloud. I slept on the couch - it was more comfortable. OK for people who aren't fussy about getting a good night's sleep - and young people who don't wake up sore from hard mattress.
