This staff has helped to make our extended stay feel like a home. Our accommodations have been wonderful. Rooms are newly renovated. Housekeeping keeps it clean. Desk staff has immediately gotten anything that we have requested. Hotel has been great for our two young children. Location is great - you can walk to so many things nearby. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown Ottawa area.

Conveniently located at the heart of downtown. The television was somewhat old. I was expecting a flatscreen TV. It was a nice pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. I was not hassled in any way. The breakfast was decent.

Our room had 2 television sets! Great for us and the children! I also liked the fully stocked kitchen. There was nothing not to like. It was great! Excellent place to stay!

Great location, fantastic staff, huge clean rooms, free breakfast. This hotel is two long blocks from Parliament Hill and a 10 minute walk from By Ward Market. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room (suite) was huge, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, free internet, and very large bathroom with full amenities. The hotel is not new, but is very well maintained and super clean. And there is a wonderful free breakfast! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highest recommendation!

The suites were very spacious with a nice kitchen. The morning breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking garage was tight and the spaces were small for a large vehicle. The elevators were slow. The hotel was superior to what I expected. The workout center was very nice. I had an enjoyable experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Lovely Hotel....For a 2.5, this hotel beats my expectations - give it a 3 parking ....too expensive...make it free The size of the rooms is a plus for this hotel....it is ideal for families on vacation. It is clean and the free breakfast is a major attraction. It is homely. Would stay there again, and would recommend to family and friends.Kudos to Marriot

It's beyond my expectation, the room is very huge and pretty much a suite. It has a complete kitchen and washing/dryer machine. Fantastic !!!

Fabulous location, about 100 metres from Elgin Street. The hotel parking garage was far too cramped for my tastes. Great service, great location and great rates.Aside from the tiny parking garage, there really wasn't much to complain about.I would definitely stay here again.

The vacinity was great, by the Parliement and the canal. Kitchen, living room and big bathroom for the price was just great. Absolutely nothing, this was the 5'th or 6'th time For the price that was accepted, this was really a great hotel. Everything was great. The next time I am in Ottawa, I hope I get this hotel again.
