We stayed here for 3 nights to see the World SynchronizedFigure Skating Championships. It was a greatchoice. Close to downtown. The parking is no longer free -it's 8 a day but right underneath the hotel. Must have been a refurbished apt.building. Full kitchen inc. stove, fridge, dishwasher. Kingbed and 2 queen sized sofabeds (enough room for 6people)! Breakfast buffet withhot items inc. make your ownwafffles. Only paid * a night. Fantastic!

Location. The view. The hotel was in a good location and the room was quite and had the Right furniture.

Convenient location. Good parking. Good selection of television channels. One of the two rooms I rented reeked of tobacco smoke residue despite that this was a non smoking hotel. This was a basic hotel that provided a buffet breakfast with good variety. The room space was probably best appreciated by someone who was staying for longer than one night as the room had a living area and full (equipped) kitchen. What was outstanding about this hotel was how quiet it was. I heard absolutely no noise from the hallway!

Excellent staff - and his assistant went out of their way to help with a promotion for me - the Marriott - great community spirit! Good location, large rooms, good for families and lots of closet space.

Spacious room. Pull out sofa old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Pool not being available.

It was much roomier than we expected. The refrigerator in the room made a loud humming noise. Very friendly service. Be prepared to pay for parking in the underground parking lot. Very large room with lots of space and conveniences (kitchenette, etc.). Generous, and free, breakfast.

The room is spacious. Kitchen is spacious. Complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Great location. The carpet was not that clean. Generally, it is a great place to stay in London. Good location. You have to try out their breakfast, its number one breakfast I’ve ever had. I was satisfied with my stay. And yes, it is the first recommendation for you if you ever travel to London. Just make sure you'll get enough towels. Enjoy.

The suite was well furnished, very clean, the continenteal breakfast was great. Very nice looking hotel with large, well decorated rooms. Very clean. The food at the complimentary continental breakfast was delicious, large selection of food to choose from. I wished that we had more time to hang around the hotel to enjoy it longer (only stayed one night).

Size of the room. They charged $10 per day for parking. Even though the hotel was non-smoking, the air filter/furnace had old smoke in. Decent and good value for the price. The bed could have been a bit better. Although the room was a smoke free room, it smelled like old smoke when the fan/furnace came on. Basically the building was an apartment building at one time, and has been converted to suites for rent. So the layout is a one bedroom layout. This is why there is an old smoke smell when the fan/furnace is turned on.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was even chosen as the "guest of the day" and they brought up snacks, bottles of water, and a box of truffles. I thought it was wonderful! No complaints. I was extremely impressed with the staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spacious and the kitchen area had a stove, oven, and full fridge, as well as dishes, pots, and pans to make cooking convenient. The complimentary breakfast was great. Lots of options - hot and cold. Coffee was available all day. I would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located in dowtown London. Parking costs. Nice clean hotel. It would have been great if I had received a bedroom suite rather than a studio room but you take what you get.

I really enjoyed our room. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was great. We really liked the open concept, it felt very roomy. The bed was comfortable, and nice size room.We were not overly impressed with the buffet breakfast. There was not enough tables in the dinning area, and they were short on food.

Loads of space, great buffet breakfast included. Guest service was very rude and discriminative. Myself and my travel partner were very pleased with the price value of the room we received and astonished by the amount of room space. However, the night shift front desk clerk was rather rude and threatened to charge myself if an extra guess (being my younger cousin) stayed with us one of the nights. Furthermore, he accused us or be a potential disruptions because we were planning on purchasing and cooking a pizza from the hotels small convenience service late a night. We complied with his will and never raised a fuss, nor where we ever a center of complaint from any other guests staying at the hotel. I have never heard of a hotel dinning extra people to stay in a room, especially when there is a provided pull-out couch, and I believe this is a true form of age discrimination or age profiling. I have never ever experienced this type of treatment from the staff of a hotel in my life.
