The free breakfast spread was really nice, eggs and waffles etc. Highly recommended.

Shared two 2-bedroom suites among six people and got great rates. Rooms were each like a small apt with kitchens and a bathroom in each bedroom. Service was excellent and the hot and cold buffet breakfast was great. Parking was valet only but not uncommon for a downtown hotel. Only flaw was pool maintenance going on while we were there; our kids couldn't use the pool.

The friendly and helpful staff were always able to answer our questions. They have a computer in the lobby with free internet and you can even print for free, which is convenient. They sell toiletries and food which is great because not much is open in downtown Houston on weekends. My ""studio"" room had a full kitchen-- great for being able to store and reheat leftovers. This hotel would be great for a business trip so you don't have to eat out and spend a lot every day. The only downside: valet parking is expensive, about 22/day, which can add up quickly.

Excellent breakfast. Hot tub and pool outdoors on roof - romantic! Toilet continued to run despite notifying front desk. A waste of water and a bothering noise for four nights/ Staff cleaned dishes in dishwasher - we only had to unload them. Basic utensils and silverware available in the room. Stove top, microwave, and toaster help in food prep as well as full-sized refrigerator. Staff will shop for you at no extra charge, though we did our own shopping in the midtown are. Breakfast was wonderful and the hours were appropriate - until 9:30 AM and Sat. Sun. until 10:30. Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, adequate up-to-date exercise and weight equipment. Location great for walking around downtown - though I recommend a GPS system to help your navigate the one-way streets.

We were in town for wedding. The people at the front desk were great with directions and making my family feel welcomed. I was surprised when I got to my room because it was extremely large and had a full kitchen. I was able to prepare meals for my children and save money because of the refrigerator and the breakfast buffet. I will definitely return to the hotel for any future trips to Houston.

Very clean, wonderful room, nice staff. Very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Valet parking was a little crazy, and there is no other place to park. Nice rooms and the staff was great.

We were in the midst of a major household move with lots of luggage during our stay. The staff was very helpful in moving our things to the suite. We had plenty of space and having the kitchen is a major plus when we are traveling.

The friendliness of staff and the location. It was fine. The room was clean, big and nice, the complementary breakfast was a plus and the location enabled us to walk to our destination.

This isn't a bad hotel, but there are much nicer hotels that cost less than the * I paid for it. The room (suite) was spacious and there is a nice room service selection. It is located across the street from the downtown police station, so I frequently heard sirens during the night.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extraordinarily friendly. Parking was $17 for one night. The hotel was very clean and had all of the features I expect (wireless internet, free continental breakfast). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that there is no free parking, and the parking is ridiculously expensive--$17 for one night.

This was a very clean facility. The continental breakfast was a great supplement to our stay.
